★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utratil jsem tam 10 tis. a druhý den jdu reklamovat jeden kus s vyloženě výrobní vadou a ne že by mi to vyměnili za jiný kus, tak jak jsem očekával, ale vzali si 30 dní na vyřízení reklamace. Fakt ubohý! Vzorová ukázka péče o své zákazníky. Příště si to hodně rozmyslím tam utratit jedinou korunu. V cenách si to hraje na lepší obchod, v přístupu k zákazníkům normální šmudlárna.
I spent 10 thousand there. and the next day I'm going to complain about one piece with a purely manufacturing defect and not that they would exchange it for another piece, as I expected, but they took 30 days to settle the complaint. Really pathetic! Sample example of caring for your customers. Next time, I'll change my mind about spending a single crown there. In terms of prices, it plays for a better deal, in approaching customers a normal smudge shop.
