T	Tereza Veselá on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohuzel jsem velmi zklamana s jednanim pani Sabiny. Boticky jsme objednali na jare, ze budou vyrobeny do 5-10dni. Tak se nestalo, po 14 dnech jsem psala email, bez odpovedi. Po telefonu mi bylo receno, ze jsou boty na jinem sklade a do konce tydne budou odeslany. Tak se nestalo, telefon zvedla az za 2 dny. Boty prisly po 23 dnech. A synovi byly male. Zbozi jsem vratila a uz je to 20 dni a penize zatim neprisly. Na email opet zadna reakce. Velke zklamani!!! Hlavne ze pani postuje na instagram, ale na email odpovedet nedokaze :(((
J	Julie Dudasova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel máme také negativní zkušenost. V polovině prosince tchyně objednala botičky synovi k Vánocům. Dle paní majitelky bylo na webových stránkách, že zboží objednané v tom čase bude až po novém roce. Nic takového tam ale v době objednávky nebylo. Chtěli jsme tedy botičky dát synovi k narozeninách 14.1. (pátek). V pondělí jsme volali a paní Sabina nás ujistila, že botičky se šijí a že nejpozději druhý den odesílají. Botiček jsme se ale nikdy nedočkali. Když jsem jí psala, odpověděla, že od středy je dílna v karanténě a že vůbec neví, kdy jaké zboží bude. Přestože nám slibovala, že naše botičky nejpozději v úterý odešle, nakonec se nic z toho nekonalo. Objednávku jsme zrušili, peníze dostali zpět. Botičky jako takové nemohu hodnotit, ale služby eshopu jsou velmi slabé. PS: negativní komentáře z FB profilu jsou mazány Unfortunately, we also have a negative experience. When I wrote to her, she replied that the workshop had been quarantined since Wednesday and that she had no idea when the goods would be. Although she promised us that she would send our shoes no later than Tuesday, none of this happened in the end. We canceled the order, the money was returned. Paní nechvátá, dá dětem čas, aby si botičky pořádně vyzkoušeli, pohráli si v nich, mezitím sleduje jak sedí a případně navrhne například zúžení, nebo půl číslo. Rozumí vývoji a potřebám dětské nohy. Navíc jsou boty šité tady a jsou nádherné. Jinam už pro boty chodit nebudeme. Jedině sem! ❤️ I don't write reviews, but I have to here, because such a great approach to children and their feet is not very visible. The lady doesn't rush, she gives the children time to try on the shoes properly, play in them, in the meantime she watches them sit and eventually suggests, for example, a narrowing or a half number. Understands the development and needs of the baby foot. In addition, the shoes are sewn here and are beautiful. We will not go elsewhere for shoes. Only here! ❤️

Přišli jsme vybírat první botičky, syn byl nejprve trochu nesvůj a bál se měření, paní ale měla trpělivost a vše mu ukazovala, takže se brzy osmělil. Nakonec si v nových botičkách vesele hrál a odcházeli jsme s úsměvem a skvělými botičkami. Určitě jsme tu nebyli naposledy. I must highlight the very kind, helpful and sensitive approach of the owner! We came to choose the first shoes, the son was a little uncomfortable at first and was afraid of measuring, but the lady had patience and showed him everything, so he soon dared. In the end, he played happily in the new shoes and we left with a smile and great shoes. We certainly weren't here for the last time.

Paní je neměla, tak jsme se dohodly má ušití, které má dle jejich slov trvat nejdéle dva týdny. Platbu jsem provedla okamžitě na místě. Čekala jsem dva týdny a boty nic. Psala jsem paní na instagramu (kde tou dobou neustále něco sdílela), e-mail a nic. Telefon mi vzala až po dvou dnech. Výmluva byla taková, že nestíhají. Ze rozhodně boty vyrobí a obratem pošle. Po dalších týdnu jsem se znovu ozvala, kdy se ji mel rozbít stroj na dokončování bot. Opět nic. Takto to pokračovalo dál, kdy byly jen samé výmluvy a hlavně, že měla 50 párů bot na veletrh, kam jela. Po celou dobu mi od ní bez urgence nepřišla žádná zprava, omluva ani info o tom, co se vlastně děje. Paní je neschopná komunikace. O peníze jsem ji urgovala 5 dnů a až ve chvíli, kdy jsem ji napsala, že bych za ni jela nerada osobně mi peníze vrátila. Vše toto trvalo měsíc a den. Nechápu, jak PROLHANÝ a NESCHOPNÝ člověk může podnikat v dětském odvětví. Paní by nejradši někomunikovala a nejspíš si i nechala naše peníze A crazy experience that is inexcusable. After another week, I called again when the shoe finishing machine was supposed to break it. Nothing again. It went on like this, when there were only excuses and especially that she had 50 pairs of shoes for the fair where she went. All the time, without urgency, I received no news, an apology or information about what was really going on. The lady is unable to communicate. I urged her for money for 5 days and only at the moment when I wrote to her that I would not like to go for her would I personally return the money to me. All this took a month and a day. I don't understand how a LONGEFUL and INEASABLE person can do business in the children's industry. The lady would like to communicate and probably keep our money

Se synem jsme byli na měření nohy ,paní Sabina byla opravdu velice milá tudíž jsem z toho měla dobrý pocit a i když se boty měli teprve ušít už jsem je zaplatila, měli být hotové nejpozději do 14 dnů. Za dva dny mi přišel emai, že naše boty jdou do výroby. Po 14 dnech stále nic. Tak volám paní Sabině a ona ,že nemá barvu kůže co jsme si objednali (proč mě neinformovala nevím ) objednala jsem si tedy jinou barvu která měla být do druhého dne hotová. Boužel nebyla,čekali jsme další týden. Boužel už nemám v paní Sabine důvěru a obchod už znovu nenavštívíme?. Dvě hvězdičky dávám za milé chování a za to ,že jsou boty opravdu krásné I thought this review would be positive but tumultuous. There was no storm, we waited another week. Boužel, I no longer trust Mrs. Sabine and we will not visit the store again. I give two stars for the nice behavior and for the fact that the shoes are really beautiful
