I have been here several times with skis and around and have always been very satisfied. We bought our son a new bike here and we don't regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji. Veškeré informace podané v tomto obchodě je nutné ověřovat z jiných zdrojů!! Arogantní jednání, obviňování zákazníků ze lži i když jasně (a nepopiratelně) prokážete že lež je na straně obchodníka. Zde neplatí pořekadlo: náš zákazník náš pán. Jednání : já jsem nejchytřejší na světě a ostatní jsou blbci to je přístup v tomto obchodě.
Not recommended. All information submitted in this shop must be verified from other sources !! Arrogant behavior, blaming customers for lies, though clearly (and indisputably) prove that the lie is on the merchant's side. There is no saying here: our customer our master. Negotiation: I am the smartest in the world and the other are morons thats approach in this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem zde dvakrát . V obou případech pro maličkosti a vždy jsem odcházel s nepořízenou. Chápu, že zboží v obchodě neměli, ale jednání pana prodavače a asi majitele je neuvěřitelné. Doslova dělá z lidí hlupáky co ničemu nerozumí. Jinde mě přitom ochotně obsloužili. Pro nové kolo co jsem si nedávno pořizoval bych sem rozhodně nešel.
I've been here twice. In both cases for the little things and I always left with the unpicked. I understand that the goods in the store did not, but the behavior of the salesman and probably the owner is incredible. It literally makes people stupid that doesn't understand anything. Elsewhere, they were willing to serve me. For a new bike I recently bought, I would definitely not come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cykloservis, kde je problém udělat cykloservis. Paní po telefonu neochotná, seřídit přehazovačku Shimano a namazat řetěz je pro ně problém. Přijde mi že ji zákazníci obtěžují :-(
Bicycle service, where it is a problem to do a bicycle service. The lady is reluctant on the phone to adjust the Shimano derailleur and lubricate the chain is a problem for them. I think that her customers are bothering her :-(
