Pokaždé jsem byla nespokojená a chodila jsem k zubaři velmi nerada, byla to pro mě velmi nepříjemná povinnost. Jakmile jsem díky jedné známé přišla ke klinice Salius, se celý můj pohled na zubaře a stomatologické kliniky v Praze změnil. Především bych chtěla moc poděkovat panu doktoru Sergejovi. Tak naprosto profesionální přístup a nekonečné znalosti jsem v Praze ještě neviděla. Doporučuji všema deseti!! I've had a problem finding the right dentist for a long time. I was always dissatisfied and I didn't like going to the dentist very much, it was a very unpleasant duty for me. As soon as I came to the Salius clinic thanks to an acquaintance, my whole view of dentists and dental clinics in Prague changed. First of all, I would like to thank Dr. Sergei very much. I have never seen such a completely professional approach and endless knowledge in Prague. I recommend to all ten !!

Nakonec jsem se rozhodl pro návštěvu kliniky Salius. Od začátku naprosto profesionální, ale zároveň velmi příjemný přístup. Pan doktor Mavryshchev mi po vstupní prohlídce představil plán toho co by mělo následovat za zákroky, určil priority a zároveň orientačně určil cenu jednotlivých zákroků. Nechal mě se v klidu rozhodnout jestli chci podle tohoto plánu postupovat a jakým tempem. Před každým sezením mi vysvětlí velmi podrobně, ale pochopitelně, co bude následovat a v tu chvíli odpadne jakákoliv zbylá nervozita. Děkuji za péči! Due to the fear that I developed thanks to my previous dentist, I decided for a long time where to entrust myself to care. In the end, I decided to visit the Salius clinic. Absolutely professional from the beginning, but at the same time very pleasant approach. After the initial examination, Dr. Mavryshchev presented me with a plan of what should follow the procedures, set priorities and at the same time tentatively determined the price of individual procedures. He left me alone to decide if I wanted to follow this plan and at what pace. Before each session, he will explain to me in great detail, but of course, what will follow, and at that moment any remaining nervousness will disappear. Thanks for care!
J	Jana Ježková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Silně doporučuji, byla jsem na akutním zákroku extraci zubu a i když jsem se bála velké bolesti tak zákrok proběhl bezbolestně. Sestřička i zubař byli moc příjemný. I strongly recommend, I was on an acute tooth extraction procedure and even though I was afraid of great pain, the procedure was painless. The nurse and the dentist were very nice.
A	Alena Radchenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Organizace selhává, velmi nepříjemná a drzá paní na recepci. Nekontrolují sms o potvrzení termínu nebo mají v tom bordel (a ano, zkontrolovala jsem číslo na které jsem to potvrzení odeslala a je samozřejmě správně) a kvůli tomu terminy ruší, v mém případě se mnou nepočítali a neinformovali mě že je zubař nemocný. Neomluvila se, řekla že je to můj problém, není smska - není termín. Sms ale byla. (Mimochodem tohle je taky hrozná praxe - rozesílat automatické sms a vyžadovat potvrzení beze kterého se termín ruší, vždyť jsme ho jednou už domluvili, tak přijdu) Místo toho aby se mě snažili přesvědčit, že je chyba na mé straně a za nic nemůžou, mohli se jednoduše omluvit, nezlobila bych se a domluvili bychom jiný termín. Škoda, protože jsem vždy byla spokojena se samotnou lékařskou péčí, zubař a hygienistka jsou zde skvělí, tolerovala bych i ten systém s potvrzováním termínů, ale tuhle hroznou neslušnou recepční už nikdy v životě nechci vidět, tak sem už chodit nebudu The organization fails, very uncomfortable and rude lady at the reception. They don't check the SMS about the confirmation of the date or they have a mess in it (and yes, I checked the number to which I sent the confirmation and it's of course correct) and because of that they cancel the deadlines, in my case they didn't count on me and inform me that the dentist was ill. She didn't apologize, she said it was my problem, there was no text message - no deadline. But there was a text message. (By the way, this is also a terrible practice - to send automatic sms and require confirmation without which the deadline is canceled, because we have already agreed on it, so I'll come) Instead of trying to convince me that there was a mistake on my part and they couldn't do anything, they could simply apologize, I wouldn't be angry and we would make another date. It's a pity, because I've always been satisfied with the medical care itself, the dentist and hygienist are great here, I would tolerate the system with confirmation of deadlines, but I never want to see this terrible rude receptionist in my life, so I won't come here again
A	Alex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception says 15 appointment. I agree within a few seconds. Then i give my name and number and she says it's quickly been taken by someone else. she then offers next available over a month later. Don't know who gives this 5 stars, even 1 star is too generous.

He made money , charged me big time, but my problem was not resolved. I still had the pain, so I had to go to other dentist. And the other teeth that he worked on, that started giving me pain after few months. Infact they gave me 20% discount if I would give them 5 STAR google review.
D	Dina Kaneeva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very easy to book an appointment, young lady at the reception is very nice and welcoming, and Dr. Slovansky showed himself as a real professional, very comfortable to communicate with, would answer all you questions, is very patient and attentive. The dental clinic itself is very modern, clean and pleasant to be in.
O	Oceane Eichler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a problem with my wisdom tooth and was told I needed surgery, received a second opinion from another dentist and was told it is not necessary so I cancelled my appointment and was told that I could no longer book any other appointment at their clinic in the future. Very unprofessional.
