A	Andrea Fierro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che ho una buona conoscenza della cucina Emiliana, infatti oltre ad avere la mamma piacentina ho vissuto abbastanza tra Bologna, Parma e Piacenza per distinguere le varie declinazioni dei piatti tipici. Ebbene non avrei mai immaginato di trovare tanta qualità nel centro di Praga! Location più unica che rara, personale qualificato e attento, cucina sublime e disponibilità ad assecondare anche le richieste più esigenti... Promosso a pieni voti! I state that I have a good knowledge of Emilian cuisine, in fact, in addition to having my mother from Piacenza, I have lived enough between Bologna, Parma and Piacenza to distinguish the various variations of typical dishes. Well I never imagined finding so much quality in the center of Prague! A more unique than rare location, qualified and attentive staff, sublime cuisine and willingness to satisfy even the most demanding requests ... Passed with flying colors!

Ingredienti e materie prime di alta qualità, ampia scelta, personale (italiano) giovane, molto gentile e simpatico. Il vino viene anche servito in recipienti tondi (scodelle) come da tradizione di Parma. Consiglio gli affettati (tagliere completo) e gli anolini di Zibello. Passaggio obbligatorio per italiani a Praga! Incredible discovery! A little bit of (real) Italy in Prague! High quality ingredients and raw materials, wide choice, young (Italian) staff, very kind and nice. The wine is also served in round containers (bowls) as per the tradition of Parma. I recommend the cold cuts (complete cutting board) and the Zibello anolini. Mandatory passage for Italians in Prague!

Adatto a pranzi o cene con cibi tipicamente italiani e di base predilige gli affettati di ottima qualità come il nome stesso richiama . Il personale molto gentile e preparato accompagna con cura l'ospite e la proprieta' si dimostra attenta e protratta al Cliente soprattutto italiano ... una visita vale certamente la pena sia fatta ... se visitato in serata risulta molto vicino alla via tipica dei bar e dei locali classici serali di qualità che porta il nome di Dlouhá Bistrot restaurant located in Prague at Kozí Street, 7 Staré Město. Suitable for lunches or dinners with typically Italian and basic foods, it prefers high quality cold cuts as the name itself recalls. The very kind and trained staff accompany the guest with care and the property proves to be attentive and protracted to the Italian customer ... a visit is certainly worth it ... if visited in the evening it is very close to the typical street of the quality classic evening bars and clubs that bear the name of Dlouhá

The homemade pasta is very delicious and the waiter and owner are very friendly. We are looking forward to our next fantastic dinner here. Greetings from Germany
