Restaurace Salut nabízí svým hostům příjemné posezení v útulném a moderně zařízeném prostředí. Můžete zde ochutnat kulinářské speciality české i mezinárodní kuchyně a užít si nezapomenutelný gastronomický zážitek.

V naší restauraci se řídíme principem 3 surovin. V praxi to znamená to, že v našich jídlech dominují 3 hlavní ingredience, které dohromady tvoří delikátní a chuťově vyvážený pokrm. Pracujeme výhradně s čerstvými, zdravými a lokálními surovinami, které se pěstují, či produkují do 150 km od naší restaurace.

Při vaření nepoužíváme žádnou chemii či mouku, omáčky redukujeme. K potravinám se chováme s úctou, z každé suroviny se snažíme vytěžit co nejvíce a eliminovat odpad.

Nabídka gastronomických služeb zahrnuje také celkovézajištění firemních a společenských akcí, jako jsou například recepce, koktejly, svatby či rodinné oslavy.

Everything we had from the steak to the beef cheeks to tje chicken to the soup to the coffee was superb. This will be the first place I go the next time I come to Prague.
