A month ago, I bought summer sneakers in this SAM 73 APPAREL store in České Budějovice - Géčko, which both of them detached in the heel area after wearing for a day, but it happens, it's just a product. So I complained about sneakers as standard and waited a month for the complaint to be settled. After a month, I went to pick up my shoes, saying that they were repaired. But it already stopped me that the shoes after one day of wear are repaired and not replaced. However, I was shocked at the handover, the shoes were not repaired at all, they were in exactly the same condition in which I brought them there, so there were no complaints. I tried to contact the manager of this shop, but unfortunately I did not make contact with her, even the shop staff was forbidden to give it to me. After consulting the operator with the manager, the only option was another "nonsensical" complaint. I left a message for the manager to contact me, unfortunately this did not happen, so I contacted the main complaint department of SAM 73 and photos with the photos of the advertised, "repaired" shoes. After explaining the situation and sending photos of the defunct complaint, the matter was settled within an hour by an immediate refund of the purchased goods and an apology. I also learned that the sneakers were not for any complaints, but they spent a month in a plastic bag on the shelf at the store and were not sent anywhere, and that I am not at all in this SAM 73 České Budějovice - Géčko store with the same settled complaints. In conclusion, with this review I do not want or need to defile or slander the brand SAM 73, or the operator, very helpful and helpful ladies behind the counter, but I just have to point out the thieving and outrageous brazen conduct of this store, which still seems intentionally conceals.
