Jenze jsem vyrobek fakt potrebovala, tak jsem si ho musela koupit. Kdybych v tu chvili mela moznost jit jinam, s usmevem a se slusnosti bych ji rekla neco nehezkeho a odesla. Chodi tam starsi lide, kteri nekterym vecem nerozumi, myslim, ze by mela zmenit svuj pristup k lidem. "Privetiva" dark-haired lady / lady with melir was so "mila" and "smiles" that I wanted to turn around and go away. I really needed the product, so I had to buy it. If I had the chance to go elsewhere, with a smile, and with compassion, I would have said something unhappy and gone. There are older people going there who do not understand things, I think they should change their approach to people.

Zajímavé, že v jiných potřebách objednáno úplně bez problému a to možná prý i bez doplatku :) It's nice if you come up with a problem and send it to the house, saying that the lady will not order something for me for 180CZK .......... Really willingness to freezing and the lady disgusting to the attic. Interesting that in other needs ordered completely without a problem and maybe even without surcharge :)

Moc bych si přál, aby p. vedoucí, majitelka a v neposlední řadě i prodavačka musely shánět něco pro své zdraví a dostalo se jim takového přístupu. Divím se dodavatelům, že si nechávají své jméno špinit takovou lůzou. Very responsible and empathetic approach to customers. I would very much like the manager, owner and last but not least the saleswoman to have to look for something for their health and get such an approach. I wonder the suppliers that they get their name dirty by such a mob.

Navštívil jsem prodejnu Samaritan naproti polikliniky Fakultní nemocnice v Porubě. Přístup personálu byl ale tak katastrofální, nepříjemný a neochotný, že jsem doslova otočil na patě a s nepořízenou z toho nepříjemného prostředí jsem odešel. F	Filip Javůrek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofální jednání s klientem, slíbí, že se zboží dodá do určitého dne a ani nenapíšou/nezavolají, že se zboží zpozdilo o několik dnů. Paní, která tam prodává je velmi neochotná, úsečná, útočná a absolutně nemá cenu se s ní o něčem slušně bavit. Tuto prodejnu nedoporučuji. Raději jděte jinam. Catastrophic dealings with the client, promises that the goods will be delivered by a certain day and do not even write / call that the goods were delayed by several days. The lady who sells there is very reluctant, curt, aggressive and absolutely not worth talking to about anything. I do not recommend this store. You better go somewhere else.
