★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pisu tu jako byvaly zamestnanec... samohyl group, je firma ktere jde jen o penize a ne o spokojenost zakazniku ani zamestnancu... Musela sem byt v praci od nevidim do nevidim... Byla sem neustale buzerovana a nakonec... Jelikoz sem jim delala jelimana, tak po me chteli uhradit manko z inventury... Jako jedinymu zamestnanci i kdyz jich bylo zamestnano v prodejne vic... A manko inventury vzniklo kradezema na prodejne, ktere sem nemohla uhlidat, jelikoz sem na prodejne bybyla vecne sama a firma neposkytla spravne ochranne prvky prodejny... Jsem rozhorcena... Doufam ze pan Samohyl ma kklidny spanek, kdyz ttakhle jedna se zamestnanci...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nespokojenost v ohledu komunikace se zákazníkem. Koupil jsem si přepravní klec pro psa, která asi po měsíci začala vykazovat vady, spočívající v tom, že nesplňovala očekávané vlastnosti. Štěně se z ní dokáže samo dostat, packou si otevře labilní zavírací systém.
Podepsané odstoupení od smlouvy nerespektovali a učinili neoprávněnou 30 denní reklamaci. Neustále kličkují a e problém se domoci svých práv.
