Telefonní kontakt také funguje, pán mi ochotně poradil ohledně dávkování pracího prostředku a umístění určitého prádla do konkrétního typu pračky. Prala jsem rozměrné deky, potahy na matrace a ložní textil. Vypráno výborně, vysušeno na cca 90% patrně kvůli velkému objemu. Lze přikoupit delší program anebo nechat chvilku doschnout doma, což jsem zvolila já. Praní a sušení dohromady za hodinu hotové. Doporučuji s sebou dostatek mincí, nebo drobné bankovky, ty automat rozměňuje pouze na žetony. I recommend the first visit without any problems. Poprvé nechat přeprat čisté prádlo od nevyhovujícího prášku a přepralo to tím jejich gelem což dobře voněl a pak jsem na totéž prádlo použila jejich sušičku a bylo hezky suché a provoněné. Podruhé jsem tam šla s tím, že příprané prádlo vysuším v sušičce. Dala jsem do první sušičky a nevysušilo to v té největší s mega bubnem. Pak do druhé a situace se stále opakovala, prádlo bylo stejně mokré jako na začátku a co hůře kdyby jen to. Pak když jsem jej vyndala šel z něho neskutečný smrad. Doma jsem to vzala pod horkou vodu a to nepomohlo páč jsem něco vzala na sebe a osypala jsem se. Stálo to dost peněz. Vznikla mi ji naškoda emůžu nikom vymáhat. Musela jsem to celé sama osušit. Přeprat v ruce doma a k rodičům odvést znova do normální pračky i věci co byli čisté páč je to napadlo. A ještě jsem koupila mano pro posílení přání ojnici bianco a kauflandský prášky a stejně i přes to všechno šel z jednoho Lužany ještě částečně ten smrad po houbách. I've been there twice. Use your own detergent and softner. 50kc for dryer that we needed to do two times to get dry. Everything was explained in english and it was very clean but the wifi didn’t work and the socks got stuck in the hatch when it started washing.

There's a machine that will change notes to tokens, the tokens can be used with coins in the machine. Good wifi, can stream tv but don't expect to download a torrent. Enough English signage inside to ensure ease of use. Part of the Speed Queen group.
