Our carry-on bag was broken and needed new one.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. (I am not sure she is owner or not)
Also, kindly explained us how to get tax-refund.
(Unfortunately, we did not have enough time in Prague to claim it in cash. But you can get it in your last EU country Airport with Credit card refund)
