Doporucuji tem, kteri chteji poradit a koupit za obdobnou cenu jako na netu (ja dokonce nize nez ve valne vetsine e-shopu). Willingness to advise and sell, all professionally to my satisfaction. The service and level surpassed me as expected. I recommend it to those who want to advise and buy for a similar price as on the net (I even lower than in the vast majority of e-shops).

Když jsem o něj požádal, prodavač mi po chvíli sdělil, že zaplatit ho múžu zde, ale musim si pro něj zajet do Plzně. Nevěřil jsem a tak jsem se zeptal ještě jednou to myslíte vážně, máte ho tady vystavený. To ano, ale ten vám dat nemůžu, zajeďte si pro něj do Plzně... Neuvěřitelné.... M	Marek Blažek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obsáhlé info o produktech jsem se dozvěděl, pánové na prodejně měli dostatek dle mě znalostí o zboží. Nicméně až vtíravé nucení k zakoupení něčeho bylo nepříjemné. Také u mobilu, kdy jsem řekl cenovou relaci a prodejce mě místo toho dovedl k úplně jinému a jednou tak drahému telefonu, jsem moc nepochopil. I learned extensive information about the products, the gentlemen at the store had enough knowledge about the goods in my opinion. However, the intrusive urge to buy something was annoying. Also with a mobile phone, when I said the price relation and the seller led me to a completely different and once so expensive phone, I didn't quite understand.

Tuto fólii jsem reklamoval již dvakrát, má doživotní záruku, ale za přelepení si berou 100 Kč jako manipulační poplatek. Dnes mi na prodejně sdělili, že mi to nevyreklamují, protože na fólii chybí kousek. A byl jsem odkázán na to, že společnost, která tyto fólie vyrábí, tak má někde uvedeno, v jakých případech lze reklamovat jejich výrobek s doživotní zárukou. Jednak nerozumím tomu, že když fólie je zničená, proč nesmí chybět kousek, aby to šlo zreklamovat? Proč Samsung brand store, autorizovaný, značkový prodejce, nabízí tento výrobek, který z mé zkušenosti je šunt? A posléze odmítá vyreklamovat tento nekvalitní výrobek? Toto je praktika pouličních překupníků, ne snad “značkové prodejny“. Nerozumím přístupu této prodejny, kde fólie je v řádech stokorun. Nicméně tato zkušenost mi stála za to, napsat tuto recenzi. Rozumím, že jsem jen obyčejný občan a nemají ze mě pořádný obchod a ničeho se nedovolám. Ale já osobně již tuto prodejnu nevyužiji a budu svému okolí doporučovat to samé. Today they told me at the store that they didn't tell me because a piece was missing on the foil. And I was relied on by the fact that the company that produces these films has somewhere stated in which cases their product with a lifetime warranty can be claimed. For one thing, I don't understand that if the foil is destroyed, why shouldn't a piece be missing so that it can be claimed? Why does the Samsung brand store, an authorized, branded reseller, offer this product, which in my experience is a shunt? And then he refuses to advertise this low-quality product? This is the practice of street dealers, not perhaps "branded stores". I do not understand the approach of this store, where the foil is in the order of hundreds of crowns. However, this experience was worth writing this review. I understand that I am just an ordinary citizen and they do not have a proper business from me and I will not call anything. But I personally will no longer use this store and I will recommend the same to my surroundings.
