Oba byli velice milí až do doby, kdy po nás pán chtěl zálohu 1500,- o které se do telefonu vůbec nezmínil a když jsem se optal, zda-li zálohu chce teď (protože o ní do té doby nepadla zmínka), začal přednášet ironické připomínky typu: "Copak si myslíte, že sem jedu na výlet?" ... poté byl problém s dokladem o zaplacení zálohy, kdy nám ho nechtěl vystavit. Začal si klást podmínky, že pokud chceme vystavit přebírací protokol, musí k tomu ještě přičíst daň. No a cestovné 4500,- za cestovné za 200 km dohromady byla třešnička na dortu. Both of them were very nice until the man asked us for a deposit of 1500, - which he did not mention on the phone at all, and when I asked if he wanted the deposit now (because it had not been mentioned before) comments like: "Do you think I'm going here for a trip?" ... then there was a problem with the proof of payment of the deposit, when he did not want to issue it. He began to make the condition that, in order to issue a takeover protocol, he had to add a tax. Traveling 4500, - for traveling 200 km together was the icing on the cake.
R	Radim FISER on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firmu Sanako jsme požádali o nacenění kontroly trámů na 90 m2 bytě. Nabídka přišla na 8-10.000 Kč. Když přijel syn majitele na kontrolu, z ničeho nic stoupla cena na 25.000 Kč bez uvedení jediného důvodu. Tato situace nám zablokovala dohodu o se spoluvlastníky o výměně trámů. Při bližší kontrole zkušeností firmy Sanako jsme našly dva případy, kdy firma provedla kontrolu trámů a po dokončení stropů se zjistilo, že práce byla provedena nekvalitně. V jednom případě se musel celý sádrokartonový podhled sundat. Tato situace mě nepřekvapuje, neboť firma Sanako je ochotna přistoupit na kompromisy. Například místo odkrytí trámu ze shora je ochotna provrtat trám na jednom místě a tím eventuelně minout místo nákazy. Na rizika Vás přitom neupozorní. Jednání firmy nepovažuji na profesionální a nemohu ho doporučit. We asked Sanako to price the inspection of the beams on a 90 m2 apartment. The offer came to CZK 8-10,000. When the owner's son came to check, the price rose to 25,000 CZK out of nowhere without giving a single reason. This situation has blocked our agreement with the co-owners to exchange the beams. Upon closer inspection of Sanako's experience, we found two cases where the company inspected the beams and after the completion of the ceilings, it was found that the work was of poor quality. In one case, the entire plasterboard ceiling had to be removed. This situation does not surprise me, as Sanako is willing to compromise. For example, instead of exposing the beam from above, she is willing to drill the beam in one place and thus possibly miss the place of infection. They will not warn you of the risks. I do not consider the company's actions to be professional and I cannot recommend them.
