T	Tomasz Michnik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Úžasné místo a velmi příjemný a vstřícný personál. Dětem pobyty velmi prospívají a těší se na další návštěvu. Každopádně je to místo, na které člověk ještě hodně dlouho pozitivně vzpomíná. Amazing place and very friendly and helpful staff. The children benefit from the stay and are looking forward to another visit. In any case, it is a place that one remembers positively for a long time to come.
M	Monika Dvořáková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byly jsme s dcerou v roce 2020 a naprostá spokojenost. Letos jsme se těšily, že to bude skvělý pobyt jako před rokem. Jídlo bylo lepší, odpolední akce pro děti skvělé. Ovšem na konci našeho pobytu začaly odjíždět maminky před jejich plánovaným odjezdem. Dozvěděli jsme se, že měly pozitivní test na Covid. Nikdo nám nic neřekl, dozvídali jsme se to od maminek z druhé budovy. Přijde mi dost nefér, že jsme musely mít negativní test při nástupu a když byly kolem nás pozitivní osoby, tak nám nikdo nic neřekne a vesele se jede dál. Při dotazu, jestli hygiena dělá nějaké trasování nám bylo řečeno, že se ve zdravotnickém zařízení netrasuje. Tak kde jsme? Pro jistotu jsem si v den odjezdu nechala udělat i s dcerou antigenní test a vyšel nám oběma pozitivní. V tomto Covidovém období lázně určitě nedoporučuji. Vše se snaží tutlat, jen aby je nezavřeli, je jim jedno, že jsou na léčebném pobytu i babičky s vnoučaty. We were with my daughter in 2020 and completely satisfied. This year we were looking forward to a great stay like a year ago. The food was better, the afternoon events were great for the children. However, at the end of our stay, the mothers started leaving before their planned departure. We learned that they had a positive test for Covid. Nobody told us anything, we learned it from the mothers in the other building. It seems quite unfair to me that we had to have a negative test at the start and when there were positive people around us, no one will tell us anything and go on happily. When asked if hygiene does any tracing, we were told that there is no shaking in the medical facility. So where are we? To be sure, I had an antigen test done with my daughter on the day of departure, and we both got positive. I definitely do not recommend the spa during this Covid period. They try to tease everything, just so that they don't close them, they don't care that grandmothers and grandchildren are on a healing stay.
T	Tomas Moncka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prosinec 2019 - Moc hezké místo, pěkné prostředí. Pro děti každodenní aktivity. Speleoterapie, škola i školka. Pravidelné cvičení a inhalace. Dospělí se již musí zabavit víceméně sami. Příjemné výšlapy v okolí, možnost bruslení na jejich dráze v parku a nebo prostě procházky po městě. Milý, příjemný a zkušený personál. Za mě příjemné lázně, prckovi se ani po mamince nestýskalo :))) December 2019 - Very nice place, nice environment. For children everyday activities. Speleotherapy, school and kindergarten. Regular exercise and inhalation. Adults must already entertain themselves more or less. Pleasant hikes in the area, the possibility of skating on their track in the park or simply walking around the city. Nice, friendly and experienced staff. Nice bath for me, my mother missed her mother :)))
M	Marie Polaskova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Měsíc našeho života, na který budeme rádi vzpomínat. Personál (od recepční, přes uklízečky až po sestry a lékaře) vždy milý a nápomocný. Perfektní jídlo (obrovské porce, hodně ovoce, pestrá nabídka), krásný park, hezké ubytování. Zda-li pobyt pomohl synům i zdravotně, budu moc posoudit až po určité době. Ale určitě se zde rádi vrátíme. The month of our life that we will be happy to remember. The staff (from receptionists, cleaners to nurses and doctors) is always nice and helpful. Perfect food (huge portions, lots of fruit, varied menu), beautiful park, nice accommodation. If the stay helped the sons as well as health, I will not be able to judge after some time. But we will be happy to come back here.

Z vstupní haly, kde je i posezení a kavárna, která byla úplně prázdná a nikde nikdo, jsme byly vykázáni, že nejsme na pobytu a kávu a zákusek, si můžou dát jen lidé na pobytu. Rozhlédli jsme se po prázdném prostoru a pochopili. Tady se dodržují nesmysly a nectí se vlastní názor či dokonce myšlení. Tak jsme zas odjeli. Ten Covid fakt bude spoustě lidí chybět. Today we went from Ostrava to see if our daughter would like it. From the entrance hall, where there is also a sitting area and a cafe, which was completely empty and no one anywhere, we were expelled that we are not staying and coffee and dessert, only people can stay. We looked around the empty space and understood. Nonsense is observed here and one's own opinion or even thinking is not respected. So we left again. A lot of people will really miss that Covid.
