Velmi arogantní lékařkou MUDr. Koreckou mi při vstupní prohlídce bylo sděleno, že - cituji- "v žádném případě nezajistí počet rehabilitací", který mi byl předepsán mým ortopedem. Bez toho, aniž by v tu chvíli lékařka věděla nebo vědět mohla, zda jakýkoliv nižší počet rehabilitací bude postačovat ke zlepšení zdravotního stavu. Důvodem jsou organizačí důvody, prý se jim hlásí příliš pacientů. Na dotaz, proč mi tato okolnost nebyla sdělena při sjednání termínu, mi už neodpověděla. Dokonce si neodpustila osobních invektiv. Horší jednání ve zdravotnickém zařízení jsem ještě nezažil. Podle recepce je to dokonce běžná praxe sanatoria (tedy nižší počet rehabilitací), tuto praxi však považuji za flagrantní porušení lege artis postupu. Naopak sestřičky a recepci chválím za příjemný přístup. Doporučuji tedy všem, aby si tuto záležitost vyjasnili již při objednávání a případně zvolili jiných služeb. I really do not recommend. Without the doctor knowing or knowing at the time whether any lower number of rehabilitations would be enough to improve her health. The reason is organizational reasons, they say they report too many patients. When asked why this circumstance was not communicated to me at the time of the appointment, she no longer answered me. She didn't even forgive her personal invectives. I have never experienced worse behavior in a medical facility. According to the reception, it is even a common practice of a sanatorium (ie a lower number of rehabilitations), but I consider this practice to be a flagrant violation of the lege artis procedure. On the contrary, I praise the nurses and the reception for their pleasant approach. Therefore, I recommend everyone to clarify this matter when ordering and, if necessary, choose other services.
U	Uton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sanatorium jsem navštívil se dvěma poukazy na rehabilitace pro mě a dceru od ortopeda.V okolních ulicích probíhalo čištění a nebyl jsem schopen v okruhu 2 kilometrů a to ani na placeném parkovišti zaparkovat. S dětmi jsem nakonec doběhl o 7 minut později. Toto mi dala sežrat protivná sestra na příjmu s tím, ze mě musí "výchovně" pokárat, jestli se to bude opakovat, ze mě příště nevezmou. Při vstupní prohlídce byla mně i dceři zrušena polovina předepsaných léčebných procedur s tím, že je nepotřebujeme. Dále mi bylo sděleno, že na rehabilitační cvičení mě vezmou až za 2 měsíce, anebo ať to zkusím jinde. Dále místo toho, aby při příjmu s námi sepsali termíny rehabilitací, tak mi dali číslo, abych si druhý den zavolal nějaké paní Svobodové a domluvil si termíny. Této asi extrémně vytížené pracovnici sanatoria jsem se snažil dovolat více jak 14 dní v kuse opakovaně 2x až 3x denně, bez šance. Člověk se dovolá pouze na recepci a tam vás přepojují na paní Svobodovou, která telefon nezvedá a hovor vás po chvilce vrátí na recepci. První týden jsem slyšel pouze výmluvy, že má paní Svobodová asi poruchu na telefonu. Druhý týden mi řekli, abych to zkoušel pořád dokola celý den, že asi nemá čas telefon zvednout. A třetí týden mi řekli, jestli si raději nechci přijet osobně domluvit termíny. Nakonec jsem si vyžádal poukazy zpět a do tohoto cirkusu už nikdy více. The surrounding streets were being cleaned and I was not able to park within a radius of 2 kilometers, not even in the paid parking lot. I finally finished with the children 7 minutes later. This was eaten by an annoying nurse at the reception, with the proviso that she has to "educate" me if it happens again, that they won't marry me next time. During the initial examination, half of the prescribed treatment procedures were canceled for me and my daughter, saying that we did not need them. I was also told that I would be taken to rehab in 2 months or if I tried elsewhere. Furthermore, instead of writing appointments for rehabilitation with us, they gave me a number so that I could call some Mrs. Svobodová the next day and make an appointment. I tried to call this probably extremely busy sanatorium worker for more than 14 days at a time, repeatedly 2 to 3 times a day, without a chance. You can only call at the reception and they will transfer you there to Mrs. Svobodová, who will not answer the phone and the call will return to the reception after a while. The first week I heard only excuses that Mrs. Svobodová probably had a breakdown on the phone. The next week, they told me to keep trying all day, probably not having time to pick up the phone. And the third week they told me if I would rather not come in person to make an appointment. Eventually I asked for the vouchers back and never to this circus again.
