★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Před podpisem rezervační smlouvy nám cukl s tím, že dali přednost zájemci s hotovostí, přičemž pan makléř věděl v jaké jsme situaci + sám řekl, že zájemce neupřednostňuje. Navíc majitelka nemovitosti údajně na finance nespěchala, tudíž hypo nebyl problém.
Nás tato zkušenost dost zařízla.
