Bei uns war einer FALSCH POSITIV❗ Alles in allem für so ein hochansteckendes Virus schien alles eher etwas lasch.. Und das für den Preis! (65€) Wir sind uns sogar unsicher, ob es nicht einfach nur ein Antigentest war und dort nur Geld gemacht wird. Ein Stern für das freundliche Personal und die Geschwindigkeit der Ergebnisse, die kamen noch nachts am selben Tag per SMS und E-Mail. ❗PCR test is only taken superficially in one nostril. Errors are inevitable. One of us was FALSE POSITIVE❗ All in all for such a highly contagious virus, everything seemed a bit slack .. And for the price! (65 €) We are even unsure whether it was not just an antigen test and only money is made there. A star for the friendly staff and the speed of the results, which came in the same day via SMS and email.

I have NEVER experienced such rudeness and impudence in my life...apparently the lady at the registration desk just didn't feel like working today.

EU covid certifikáty pro očkované třetích zemí nevydávají a testy provedou jen pokud jste už sjednal termín den předem. They have a lot of answers, but not to the questions that were asked. EU covid certificates for vaccinated third countries do not issue and perform tests only if you have already agreed a date one day in advance.

P	Petr Hovorka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednal jsem 11-ti letého syna na 16:30. Přišel potvrzovací mail. Syn jel po škole hodinu busem . Na odběrné místo dorazil v doprovodu babičky, protože já i žena jsme v práci. Na odběrném místě byla arogantní mladá holčina, která odmítla udělat odběr a požadovala žádanku od praktického lékaře. Syn jede s kroužkem ve středu na svátek do Německa. Nevím jestli zítra stihnu nějaký rychlotest. Společnost nikde nemá zmínku,že musí být žádost od doktora. Bohužel jinam jsem už jít před 17:00 nemohl. Syn to obrečel a paní na něj ještě arogantně mluvila ať si na chytrém mobilu udělá objednávku jinam, prý na letiště, kde dělají odběr klasicky bez žádanky od lékaře. S takovým přístupem jsem se ještě nesetkal. Jak má pak 11-ti leté dítě věřit našemu zdravotnictví. Tak snad zítra ráno seženeme normální společnost a snad v 6:30 ve středu syn na exkurzi, na kterou se těší už měsíc, odjede. Já jsem z jednání paní v šoku. Jsem tolerantní a nikdy nenadávám. Ale tady by někdo měl být hnán k odpovědnosti. Nakonec dávám 5 hvězd. Syn druhý den ráno byl odebrán a výsledky budou večer. Prý se včera jednalo o administrativní chybu v systému ( objednávka s žádankou) a nešlo s tím nic dělat. Každopádně dnes vše v pořádku a test bude hotový večer. I ordered my 11-year-old son at 4:30 p.m. A confirmation email has arrived. The son took the bus for an hour after school. He arrived at the collection point accompanied by his grandmother, because my wife and I are at work. There was an arrogant young girl at the collection point who refused to take the collection and demanded a request from a general practitioner. The son goes to Germany on Wednesday for the holiday. I don't know if I'll do a speed test tomorrow. The company nowhere mentions that there must be a request from a doctor. Unfortunately, I could not go elsewhere before 17:00. The son shouted it and the lady was still arrogantly talking to him to take an order elsewhere on his smartphone, allegedly to the airport, where they do the collection classically without a request from a doctor. I have never encountered such an approach. How should an 11-year-old child trust our healthcare system? So maybe tomorrow morning we will get normal company and maybe at 6:30 on Wednesday the son will leave for an excursion, which he has been looking forward to for a month. I'm shocked by the lady. I am tolerant and I never swear. But here someone should be held accountable. In the end I give 5 stars. The son was removed the next morning and the results will be in the evening. It is said that yesterday it was an administrative error in the system (order with a request) and there was nothing to do with it. Anyway, everything is fine today and the test will be ready in the evening.
