★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednana dlazba v realu vubec neodpovidala fotografii na webovych strankach (stane se). Odmitla jsem z toho duvodu zbozi prevzit, o cemz jsem obchod dopredu telefonicky informovala. Nyni po me chteji 4800 za "dopravne" po cele republice (tedy nejen zpet, jak maji podle zakoniku pravo). Bohuzel telefonat nemam nahrany, ale v mailove komunikaci mi tento fakt nezpochybnuji. Vubec nedoporucuji u teto firmy nakupovat
Ordering pavement in real has not responded to a photo on web pages (it happens). I refused to take over the goods for this reason, and I informed the business about it. Now I want 4800 for "traffic" all over the republic (not only back as they are according to the law). I do not have a lot of phone calls, but I do not question this fact in email communication. I do not recommend to buy at this company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při rekonstrukci jádra nám bohužel víceméně omylem nevyšla italská dlažba o jeden díl a ten nám chyběl k celému dokončení. Čekací lhůty na tu dlažbu byly všude 14 dní, zde jsem však měl štěstí a zrovna bylo možné ji rychle přiobjednat a do druhého dne ji přivezli a hned jsem si ji mohl vyzvednout. Děkuji za rychlost a ochotu.
Unfortunately, during the reconstruction of the kernel, the Italian tiles did not come out more or less by one part and we missed it for the whole completion. Waiting times for the tiles were 14 days, but I was lucky and it was possible to order it quickly and bring it back the next day and I could pick it up. Thank you for your speed and willingness.
