Všichni trpí selektivní ztrátou pamětí. Po telefonu sdělení majitelem, že pokud nezaplatím monterům, tak mi vrátí peníze za montáž a nechají dveře před bytem . Hrůza a N E D O P O R U Č U J I !! A	Adela Prazakova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji. Samotné dveře jsou sice pěkné, ale tím pozitiva končí, celkový přístup obchodního oddělení firmy je strašný. Paní, se kterou jsme vyhotovovali smlouvu je protivná a domluva s ní je s prominutím jako s kozou na ledě. Co se předem jasně dojednalo, opakovaně potvrdilo a celé zaplatilo nemalými penězi, nakonec nebylo dodrženo. Za předem dohodnutou demontáž a odvoz dveří bylo třeba dělníkům zaplatit na místě, a to i přesto, že 100% ceny dveří i práce (která toto měla zahrnovat) bylo zaplaceno při objednání dveří. Dělníci se snažili situaci řešit, byli ochotní a milí, na ně nemohu stěžovat. Ale snaha ze strany obchodního oddělení, které má toto na starost, byla nulová a ještě z toho měli legraci, takto neprofesionalní přístup jsem nezažila. I do not recommend. The workers tried to solve the situation, they were willing and kind, I can't complain about them. But the efforts of the sales department, which is in charge of this, were zero and they still had fun with it, I did not experience such an unprofessional approach.

Perfektní jednání, které se dnes už moc nevidí. Za mě hodnotím tuto společnost velmi kladně a rád zde zase v budoucnu nakoupím. Great approach of the staff at the branch.
