Vyzkouseli jsme si infrasaunu uz i pod bodem mrazu a uz po par minutach se telo krasne prohreje - z toho jsme na zacatku meli obavy. Zkusenost se Saunasystem je PERFEKTNI, jak s hlediska realizace tak i komunikace. We ordered an outdoor, terrace infrared sauna and we are very satisfied overall. We tried the infrared sauna even below freezing and after a few minutes the body warms up beautifully - we were worried about that at the beginning. The experience with Saunasyst is PERFECT, both in terms of implementation and communication.

Ale na čem se hlavně pozná kvalita firmy, je co nastane, když se objeví závada. Musím říci, že tak pro-zákaznický přístup a obrovskou snahu vše co nejdříve vyřešit ke spokojenosti zákazníka, jsem už dlouho nezažil. Pánům ze Saunasystemu patří velké díky a všem vřele doporučuji. The communication was very pleasant, the installation quick and professional, the sauna has perfect workmanship - it's just beautiful, a big difference from what I've seen elsewhere. But what the main quality of the company is, is what happens when a defect occurs. I must say that I have not experienced such a pro-customer approach and a huge effort to solve everything as soon as possible to the satisfaction of the customer. Many thanks to the gentlemen from Saunasystem and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Byli jsme velmi spokojení jak s obchodním zástupcem, tak s dělníky - panem Kofroněm a Kuncem - skvělá domluva, bezproblémová montáž. Určitě doporučujeme. We had a Finnish sauna made by this company, the sauna is beautiful, perfect workmanship, tuned to the smallest detail. We were very satisfied with both the sales representative and the workers - Mr. Kofron and Kunc - a great agreement, trouble-free installation. We definitely recommend.

Určitě o moc lepší sauna na míru, než hotový typizovaný výrobek z obchodního řetězce. Doporučuji všem zvážit investici!!! Děkujeme!!!! The approach and construction of the sauna was perfect.
