Nice large cottage with a garden for 3 to 4 families. Two saunas a nice stylish kitchen with a dining room. Upstairs a large room with a pool bar.

The perfect place for a vacation. Equipped kitchen, sauna, billiards. Beautiful surroundings. We recommend all ten.

Very nice and spacious cottage, equipped with two saunas and especially an outdoor heated barrel, which is clearly its main motto. The problem here, in addition to a few little things (for example, it would be good to have rags available for the floor due to the presence of saunas and barrels) is also the strong smell of waste in the hallway, which can perhaps be solved in some way. Even so, it would be a decent 4 stars out of 5. Unfortunately, our stay had a relatively bitter taste, thanks to the not very helpful Mr. Leicht, who was hostile to us in some places. At one point, he even called me a liar, although I had written proof of my truth. Another problem is the unseriousness of the owner of Štolpa, who first confirmed in writing at the time of booking that the handover of the cottage on the day of departure is by 11 am, only to deny this fact a few weeks later agree with the administrator (according to which the handover time should have been within 10 hours). For the sake of completeness, I would like to state that Mr. Leicht finally agreed to hand over the cottage by 11 am. But it cost a lot of nerves and the overall impression could not be made much.

They do not track negotiations with the owner or the administrators - illegible financial compensation for "energy" when the entire deposit of 3000, - CZK was not enough. No water, wood readings made on arrival We had to take a photo of our electricity meter without notice for later payments. The whole stay smelled of a sewer (septic tank and septic tank) and the top of the camera tops the cabin (without notice ... ??? (no sign) This chat is no longer !!!

Beautiful cottage, perfectly equipped kitchen, super common room and lots of outdoor activities for families with children. Unfortunately, the smell of a septic tank / WWTP is true, but the weekend didn't spoil us. With the manager and his wife, we all agreed on everything, including arrival and later departure. They're both very nice. The owner was also nice on the phone and came out to meet us. The price for energy is reasonable and the total cost of accommodation is more than pleasant. In short, a lot of music for a little money. I would definitely recommend the cottage to my friends.

We spent a week in this cottage, the building is suitable for three families = three bedrooms, the website lists 4 bedrooms, but the fourth can not be used in the summer, there is a terrible heat. The common room is nice, you will definitely use it more in winter than we do in summer. There is a kitchen on the ground floor (for 14 people there are 10 really few dining knives). Part of the cottage are saunas - there is a very nice, outdoor bathing barrel, outdoor pergola. The location is great for trips. Unfortunately, the stay was disgusted by the ubiquitous dirt, the dishes were dirty / greasy, dust everywhere in the bedrooms, tufts of dirt (I attach a photo of a damp napkin, which I ran over one bedside table, I note that only the top plate, curbs under the bedside table, beds, wardrobes and overall, I prefer not to comment on the ground either), there was a smell of grease in the outdoor pergola, I also point out the stench from the horses that are right next door, and an incredible flock of flies. Overall, I have the impression from the stay that unfortunately the owner does not know at all in what condition the cottage is, I would recommend him to stick to the equipment of the cottage for a given number of people and prefer to clean the cottage along its line (even at the cost of rent) clean the tenant's cottage. Another thing is that the manager did not even bother to mow the grass before our stay, so we had it to the ankles, the bill with 300 CZK "unwanted" tip was also funny ... and in the end I would mention the Guest Book, which was left in the cottage that we are supposed to register there, we were able to read the data of all guests since 2019, long live GDPR ... I believe that the owner will take the review to heart and ensure that the cottage is in the condition it deserves.

Great place to relax / party. The cottage is well equipped and in a great location. Great price / quality ratio.

Stay cool, sauna and barrel excellent. Minus is the price of electricity, highly overpriced. We used the barrel in the winter and I can only recommend. Heating control inoperative. In the end stay cool, excellent walks, but a big minus is the price of electricity.
