Hřbitovní kapli realizoval stavitel Josef Kořínek podle plánů Adolfa Foehra z roku 1912. Stavba ve stylu klasicistní moderny stojí u severní hřbitovní zdi v hlavní ose hřbitova proti vstupní bráně. Dne 28. 10. 1956 přešla kaple do vlastnictví Církve československé husitské. Bylo v ní zřízeno kolumbárium a prostory byly upraveny pro potřeby církve. Po stranách obětního stolu jsou umístěny busty Mistra Jana Husa a Dr. Karla Farského od Josefa Kotyzy. The cemetery chapel was built by the builder Josef Kořínek according to the plans of Adolf Foehr from 1912. The building in the style of classicist modernism stands at the northern cemetery wall in the main axis of the cemetery opposite the entrance gate. On October 28, 1956, the chapel became the property of the Czechoslovak Hussite Church. A columbarium was established in it and the premises were adapted for the needs of the church. On the sides of the sacrificial table are placed busts of Master Jan Hus and Dr. Karel Farský by Josef Kotyza.
