★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za paní doktorkou jezdím až z Bystrce už s druhým synem. Rady i léky a léčebné postupy dle mého podává velmi rozumně a uvážlivě. Moc příjemná k dětem, starší syn se k ní do ordinace dokonce vždycky těší:). Také velmi příjemná a ochotná sestřička. Za sebe mohu jen doporučit!
I go to Mrs. Doctor from Bystrce with my second son. In my opinion, he gives advice and medicines and treatment procedures very sensibly and judiciously. Very nice to children, older son is always looking forward to her surgery :). Also a very nice and helpful nurse. I can only recommend for myself!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po roce zkušenosti stále spokojenost. Jak paní doktorka tak sestřička jsou příjemné. Když se sejde více lidí v čekárně tak se chvíli čeká ale v ordinaci to jde rychle takže tam žádný zdržovačky nejsou

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto nevhodné chování od paní doktorky i sestřičky. Nulová empatie a pochopení, paní doktorka neposlouchá a není ochotná najít nějaké rozumné řešení. Byla jsem nucena u dcery změnit pediatra kvůli stěhování. Recenze měla paní doktorka Schánilcová skvělé, takže jsem se u paní doktorky objednaly, ale realita byla naprosto jiná. Nevím, jestli je to pandemií, ale naprosto se sestřičkou nezvládají situaci. Dcera byla vyšetřena na chodbě za prosklenými dveřmi, kam každý kolemjdoucí viděl.. Jednalo se o prevenci, kdy byla dcera úplně nahá. Dcera měla strach, ale ani sestřička a ani paní doktorka s tímto neměla porozumění. Dceru mi odnesly bez tázání do ordinace, kde jsem následně zjistila po následování sestřičky, protože dcerka plakala, že do ordinace je přístup zakázán kvůli pandemii. Já i s dcerou jsme z ordinace odcházely rozladěny a ne s dobrými pocity. Bohužel jsme museli paní doktorku opět zkontaktovat, protože jsem potřebovala potvrzení do MŠ, že je dcera zdravá. Hned v telefonu zůstaňte doma a pak Vás pošlu na testy koronaviru. Tříletou dcerku rozhodně žádným takovým vyšetřením trápit nebudu! O vyšetření jsem musela žádat několikrát, ale stejná neochota a arogance. S paní doktorkou se nebylo možné domluvit. Je mi líto, že jsem dala na kladné recenze a registrovala se zde!
Absolutely inappropriate behavior from the doctor and nurse. Zero empathy and understanding, the doctor does not listen and is not willing to find any reasonable solution. I was forced to change my daughter's pediatrician due to moving. Dr. Schánilcová had a great review, so I ordered from the doctor, but the reality was completely different. I don't know if it's a pandemic, but they can't handle the situation at all. The daughter was examined in the hallway behind the glass door, where everyone passing by saw it. It was a prevention, when the daughter was completely naked. The daughter was scared, but neither the nurse nor the doctor understood this. My daughter was taken to the surgery without question, where I found out after following the nurse, because my daughter was crying that access to the surgery was forbidden due to a pandemic. My daughter and I left the surgery out of tune and not with good feelings. Unfortunately, we had to contact the doctor again, because I needed confirmation from the kindergarten that the daughter was healthy. Stay home on the phone and then I will send you for coronavirus tests. I will definitely not bother my three-year-old daughter with any such examination! I had to ask for an examination several times, but the same reluctance and arrogance. It was not possible to negotiate with the doctor. I'm sorry I gave positive reviews and registered here!
