★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně neprofesionální přístup, dovolat se na zákaznické centrum je vážně něco a ještě vám to zvedne buď paní která absolutně neví co má dělat nebo druhá která na vás zvyšuje hlas, totálně nám na depu rozj*bali zásilku a po měsíci nejsou schopni to vyřešit, zákazníkům nikdo nevolá jen přijedou a zazvoní i česká pošta v tom má lepší systém než tyhle vemena, komunikace na bodu mrazu a řešení problémů nestojí za řeč ROZHODNĚ NEDOPORUČUJI! Pokud máte zájem o služby DB Schenker pro pozemní přepravu doporučuji vám sednout do auta a vyřešit si to sám ušetříte čas, peníze a hlavně nervy.
Absolutely unprofessional approach, calling the customer center is really something and you will be picked up either by a lady who absolutely does not know what to do or another who raises her voice to you, they totally broke up a shipment at the depot and after a month they are not able to solve it, customers no one calls just come and the Czech Post rings and it has a better system than these udders, communication at the freezing point and problem solving are not worth talking about I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND! If you are interested in DB Schenker ground transport services, I recommend you get in the car and solve it yourself, saving you time, money and, most importantly, nerves.

I was pleased with this company! Young beautiful girls arrived for unloading and were greeted politely! They gave a ramp, quickly unloaded, received documents in 30 minutes after the control !!
