B	Bärbel Spätgens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider ist die Pension Schneeberg nach dem Betreiberwechsel nicht mehr das was es mal war. Wir kommen seid 9 Jahren in dieses Haus und haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt, aber das war in diesem Jahr für uns der letzte Besuch. Es fing an, daß wir beim einchecken vor verschlossener Türe standen und nachdem wir den Besitzer telefonisch erreicht haben, zu einem Safe geführt wurden, wo wir uns die richtigen Zimmerschlüssel selbst herausnehmen mussten. Als wir dann unsere 2 Zimmer bezogen, stellten wir fest, daß ein Bad überhaupt nicht geputzt war. Details über Toilette usw möchte ich hier allen ersparen. Nachdem wir den Besitzer wieder kontaktiert haben, wurde das Bad schließlich gereinigt. Allgemein war die Sauberkeit nicht mehr das, wie wir es vom vorigen Betreiber kannten. Von 7 Tagen hatten wir an 2 Tagen keine funktionierende Heizung und nur kaltes Wasser, was in einem SKI Urlaub besonders gut ankommt. OK es kann ja mal die Heizung kaputt gehen, aber ich habe in anderen Bewertungen gelesen, daß es wohl öfter vorkommt! Das Frühstück wäre fast gut gewesen, wenn wir nicht an einem Tag rohe Eier, kalten Kaffee und halbgefrorene Brötchen serviert bekommen hätten. Dieses wurde aber schnell ausgetauscht, nachdem sich alle Leute beschwert hatten. Ich kann nur sagen : Sehr sehr schade, daß der Betreiber gewechselt hat. Es war immer unser zweites Zuhause Unfortunately, after the change of operator, Pension Schneeberg is no longer what it used to be. We have been in this house for 9 years and have always felt very comfortable, but this was our last visit this year. It started when we were standing in front of a locked door when we checked in and after we had reached the owner by phone, we were led to a safe, where we had to take out the correct room key ourselves. When we moved into our 2 rooms, we found that one of the bathrooms was not cleaned at all. I would like to spare everyone here details about the toilet etc. After we contacted the owner again, the bathroom was finally cleaned. In general, the cleanliness was no longer as we knew it from the previous operator. Out of 7 days we had no working heating and only cold water on 2 days, which is particularly popular on a SKI holiday. OK, the heating can break down, but I've read in other reviews that it happens more often! Breakfast would almost have been good if we hadn't been served raw eggs, cold coffee, and half-frozen rolls in one day. But this was quickly exchanged after everyone complained. I can only say: It's a very, very pity that the operator has changed. It was always our second home
B	Barbora Syrovátková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi pěkné ubytování. Pokoje mají vlastní mini kuchyňku. Parkování v areálu. Hned vedle budovy začíná Krušnohorská magistrála. Very nice accommodation. Rooms have their own mini kitchen. Parking in the complex. The Ore Mountains Highway starts right next to the building.

I	Ivča on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pěkné ubytování, studio v přízemí dostatečné pro dvě osoby. Koupelna pěkná. Škoda, že z pokoje není přímý vstup na terasu. Co bylo velmi špatné, byly velmi tvrdé matrace, na kterých se nedalo spát. Nice accommodation, studio on the ground floor enough for two people. Nice bathroom. Too bad there is no direct access to the terrace from the room. What was very bad were the very hard mattresses, which could not sleep.
S	Souda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pension je čistý, pokoje útulné, vše výborně uklizeno a apartmán má výhodnou poloho. Vše je nadosah. Mínusy jsou :malé parkoviště, kde vyjet je docela umění, dále dětský koutek nefunguje, protože byl vytopený. Snídaně jsou pořád dokolola jen a jen to samé a když si přispíte, tak moc výběru nemáte a k pokoji dostanete pouze jeden klíč, takže celkem problém pokud se rozdělíte. Když to schrnu... Pro rodinu s dětmi je to celkem ideální místo, a kdyby se vychytali chybky, tak hodnocení může být i za pět hvězd. Jinak personál je milý, zde není co vytknout... The guesthouse is clean, the rooms cozy, everything tidy and the apartment has a convenient location. Everything is within reach. The minuses are: a small car park where driving out is quite an art; Breakfast is always the same and only when you contribute, so you do not have much choice and you get only one key to the room, so quite a problem if you split. To sum up ... For a family with children, it is quite an ideal place, and if they caught the bugs, the rating can be even five stars. Otherwise the staff is nice, there is nothing to criticize ...
z	zbyněk Miksa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartmán čistý, majitel ochotný. Cena za noc pro jednoho tisíc kč je dost. Větší údržba by nebyla od věci. Na wc nefungovalo odvetrávání, světlo v kuchyňce nefunguje, ani po opravě, vodovodní baterie u dřezu není upevněná. Aktivita po náhlém sněžení při úklidu parkoviště nulová. Apartment clean, owner willing. The price per night for one thousand CZK is enough. Greater maintenance would not be out of the question. Ventilation did not work on the toilet, the light in the kitchen does not work, even after the repair, the tap at the sink is not attached. Activity after a sudden snowfall when cleaning the parking lot is zero.
C	Catrin Zieger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist super günstig gelegen. Die Loipe beginnt hinterm Haus und der Lift ist mit Abfahrtsstiefeln fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Es gibt richtigen Filterkaffee. Die Zimmer sind nicht zu klein, gepflegt, alle mit Miniküche und mit Bad/Dusche und sogar Fernseher. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden wiederkommen. It's super conveniently located. The trail starts behind the house and the lift can be reached on foot with downhill boots. The breakfast is ok. There is real filter coffee. The rooms are not too small, well-kept, all with a mini-kitchen and with a bath/shower and even a television. We were very satisfied and will be back.

Skvělá domluva, famózní personál, snídaně dobré, vše čisté a funkční. 11 bodů z 10 ode mě dostává dětský koutek, který je hezky vybavený a děti tam vydrží faaakt dlouho. Určitě se sem vrátíme. There is nothing to complain about these apartments. Great arrangement, famous staff, breakfast good, everything clean and functional. 11 points out of 10 receive a children's corner from me, which is nicely equipped and the children will stay there for a long time. We will definitely be back here.
