Jenom same obviňování že si majitel způsobil závadu sám a dokonce naschvál a úrazky za které by se nemusel stydět ani dlaždic. Reklamoval jsem koloběžku 3x pokaždé se vrátila rozbitá jiným způsobem. Vždy nebyla opravená, ale vrátila se jako že opravená je. Po třetí reklamaci měli koloběžku cca 42 dní takže jsem uplatnil své právo odstoupení od smlouvy z důvodu nedodržení reklamační lhůty. Peníze mi byli vráceny až tehdy když jsem kontaktoval právníka a upozornil pana Šubrta že pokud nebude reagovat na dopis který jsem mu zaslal na adresu kde bylo odstoupení od smlouvy a nezaplatí mi kupní cenu koloběžky do 17dni na účet, celou věc převezme právník který už měl veškerou naší komunikaci a ode mě podepsanou plnou moc. Poté jsem dostal své peníze zpět. Byl to nejhorší kup mého života a ani největšími nepříteli bych tohoto prodejce nedoporucil. Ještě se obhajim na reakci pana Šuberta. Kdokoliv mi nevěří zkuste na hlavní skupině Elektrokoloběžky CZ/SK na fb napsat Šubert do vyhledávání a uvidíte že moje zkušenost není ojedinělá a ze jediný kdo je lhář psychopat a podvodník je pan rádoby prodejce Šubert. After the third complaint, they had a scooter for about 42 days, so I exercised my right to withdraw from the contract due to non-compliance with the complaint period. The money was returned to me only when I contacted a lawyer and warned Mr. Šubrt that if he does not respond to the letter I sent him to the address where the withdrawal was from the contract and does not pay the purchase price of the scooter to my account within 17 days, the whole thing will be taken over by a lawyer who already had all our communication and a power of attorney signed by me. Then I got my money back. It was the worst buy of my life and I wouldn't recommend this seller to my biggest enemies. I am still defending myself on Mr Šubert's reaction. Anyone who doesn't believe me, try to write Šubert on the main group of Elektrokoloběžky CZ / SK na fb and you will see that my experience is not unique and the only one who is a liar is a psychopath and a fraud is the would-be salesman Šubert.

Mladý klučina, co ho to evidentně baví a rozumí tomu více než kdejaký chytrák na webu ve skupinách elektrických koloběžek mi vše vysvětlil, doporučil, poradil... Ještě jsme něco doobjednali a rád budu utrácet tam, kde to lidi baví. Dualtron Thunder II. ____________________ Doplňuji důležité informace ohledně reklamace. Reklamoval jsem chybějící produkt v balíčku a nedodaní zaplaceného zboží. Reklamace byla vyřízena do druhého dne! I když mě to mrzí, tak vše vyřešili rychle.
