Šla jsem tam, protože pro samoplatce maji nejlepší ceny, ale přes 24 h čekám na vysledek a nikdo tel nezvedá. I had a similar feeling as the man writing in front of me. I hardly expected it, but there was incredible chaos. I went there because they have the best prices for self-payers, but I wait over 24 hours for the result and no one answers the phone.

Vyvolávají vás podle toho, kdo se objednal dřív, takže je lepší opravdu přijít na danou hodinu přesně nikoliv o 20 minut dřív. Šla jsem asi 10 minut po termínu rezervace. Jediné, za co odebírám jednu hvězdu, je že bohužel výsledek neposílají ani sms nebo e-mailem, takže musíte dalších cca 20 minut čekat. I was testing today. My little sister very nice - I haven't had such a nice attitude for a long time :). They call you according to who ordered earlier, so it's better to really arrive at a given hour, not exactly 20 minutes earlier. I went about 10 minutes after the booking date. The only thing I am taking one star for is that unfortunately they do not even send the result by sms or e-mail, so you have to wait another 20 minutes.

Čeká se venku (odběrové centrum Fr. Kloze), uprostřed bahna, spolu s lidmi, které tam poslal lékař nebo hygiena, nádhera. Po 20 minutách čekání jsem se rozhodla objednat se jinam, zaplatila jsem sice víc, ale vše proběhlo hladce, bez čekání, důstojněji. Tahle laboratoř už moje peníze opravdu neuvidí. Hrůza. I was ordered as a self-payer for a business trip abroad, after arriving I was told that they have a lot, so it's my turn when someone knows. Waiting outside (collection center Fr. Kloze), in the middle of the mud, along with the people sent there by a doctor or hygiene, splendor. After 20 minutes of waiting, I decided to order elsewhere, I paid more, but everything went smoothly, without waiting, more dignified. This lab won't really see my money again. Terror.
N	Natálie Legnerová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Úžasný přístup pracujících sestřiček, rychle odvedená práce, krátká čekací doba. Na testy už jedině sem. :)) Amazing approach of working nurses, fast work done, short waiting time. Only here for tests. :))

Kladně hodnotím vstřícné jednání personálu jak při první, tak i druhé vakcinaci. Doporučuji I only have experience with vaccinations, the administration was helpful, longer waits, vaccinations without undue delay. They appreciate the helpful attitude of the staff during both the first and the second vaccination. I recommend
P	Pavel Moucha OM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá spokojenost, rychlý odběr bez čekání, ale hlavně ochotný a příjemný personál, což v dnešní době beru jako velké plus. Absolute satisfaction, fast collection without waiting, but mainly helpful and friendly staff, which I take as a big plus nowadays.
P	Peta Grossmannova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozhodně doporučuji,byla jsem s dcerou (9let) a ač by se dalo říct ,že je na testování zvyklá ze školy ,tak se trošku bála,ale setřička naprosto úžasná, výborně to s ní zvládla. Než pojede na LDT určitě na PCR test jedině sem I definitely recommend, I was with my daughter (9 years old) and although you could say that she is used to testing from school, she was a little scared, but the nurse was absolutely amazing, she did very well with her. Before he goes to LDT for the PCR test, definitely only here

Děkuju. :-) I was on the test today. Nice and helpful staff, immediate check-in, in addition to acknowledging the negative test result, there is also a nurse's smile on the way. Thank you. :-)
