z	zbynek svec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel velmi špatná zkušenost s reklamací, koloběžka dorazila rychle ovšem po běžném víkendovém používání dítětem 35kg těžkým a 5 let jezdící který už ví dobře jak jezdit došlo k zlomení krku desky po 4 měsících používání. Bohužel reklamace vyřízena klasicky "nadměrné a nesprávné používání" a vlastně freestyle koloběžku na freestyle ani nepoužívejte tím ji rozbijete?. No zkrátíme to dovolal jsem se reklamace po 3 a půl měsících a deska mi byla vyměněna až poté co mi pomohla Česká Obchodní Inspekce a oddělení ADR ohledně mimosoudního vyrovnání. Jinak klasika na email odpověď až za dlouho a telefon bez odezvy. Pokud nebudete potřebovat reklamaci pak možná dobrý obchod, ale pokud budete něco reklamovat pak si připravte nervy!!!!!! Rozhodně bych koupi koloběžky zvažoval někde jinde. Zde je přístup a celkové prezentování firmy fakt na nízké úrovni oproti jiným prodejcům koloběžek v ČR. This business is spreading false information about the community for its own benefit. The owner obviously only goes for the money and not for expanding and consolidating the community. I would definitely consider buying a scooter elsewhere. Here, the approach and overall presentation of the company is really at a low level compared to other scooter sellers in the Czech Republic.
