M	Michal Acler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nerozumím tomu, jak tento eshop může fungovat :-( Objednal jsem si omylem jiné zboží než jsem chtěl, objednávku hned stornoval, přesto mi zboží poslali. Eshop má "trochu" problém s komunikací: odpovědi na email jsem se dočkal až po několikáté urgenci, na telefon se dovoláte jen když máte velké štěstí (kluci asi přes den drandí někde na koloběžkách) a když jsme se na něčem po telefonu domluvili, na emailu o tom nevěděli (?) – očividně jim tam někde vázne komunikace. Zákaznická zkušenost hrozná. Long story short, peníze za objednávku, kterou jsem chtěl stornovat, jsem dostal po víc jak měsíci, deseti emailech a několika telefonátech. Nikdy víc. I do not understand how this e-shop can work :-( I accidentally ordered other goods than I wanted, canceled the order immediately, but they sent me the goods. you only call on the phone if you are very lucky (the boys are probably joking around on scooters during the day) and when we agreed on something over the phone, they didn't know about it on the email (?) - obviously they have some communication there. story short, I received the money for the order I wanted to cancel after more than a month, ten emails and several phone calls, never again.

Když jsem si nevěděla rady, stačilo zavolat a technik mi poradil a ihned upravil objednávku. Za mě super přístup. Already several orders and complete satisfaction. When the goods are at the supplier, they order it and always come. When I didn't know what to do, all I had to do was call and the technician advised me and adjusted the order immediately. Great approach for me.

A balíček stále nikde,doufám že vůbec dorazí, už nikdy více. ?? Ordered sometime in mid-December and even though they wrote that they guarantee delivery by Christmas, the gentleman told me on the phone that they certainly can't catch it. Is 31.12. And the package is still nowhere, I hope it arrives at all, never again. ??
