★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moc příjemný pán, mladá slečna/paní občas neví, co a jak, ale předpokládám, že tam třeba není dlouho, takže nám to ani nevadilo a chvilku jsme si počkali. Jinak všechno v pořádku, vše pěkně zabalené a hmyz má na cestu v krabicích i trochu jídla. Stalo se nám, že náš email s objednávkou prý někde zapadl, takže jsme po několika dnech museli volat, abychom se připomněli. Ale to se stane, omluvili se nám a druhý den jsme si mohli pro objednávku přijet.
Very nice gentleman, the young lady sometimes doesn't know what and how, but I guess it may not be long there, so we didn't mind and we waited a while. Otherwise, everything is fine, everything is nicely wrapped and the insects have some food on the way in boxes. It happened to us that our email with the order allegedly went somewhere, so we had to call after a few days to be reminded. But it happens, they apologized to us and the next day we could come to order.
