Brakes, returning, nothing returned, the rear derailleur was adjusted, etc. I only needed to clean and lubricate the hubs, respectively. check the centering of the wheels .. I left them in the service with the order of a large service, which have broken down on the sides and costs 590, - CZK. I expected that it would be necessary to replace the cables because he probably does not want to lubricate (although neither brakes nor derailleur nezrhrhaly). Internally, I was convinced that if I get around 1000, -CZK, it will probably be fine. But I was terribly wrong and I would definitely not go there anymore. The service is not cleaned, not lubricated (it is laborious and less profitable), here is changing and do not bother to call in advance, if you even want it for the price. Even the bell will charge you (100 CZK) even if you buy elsewhere for 30, -. Finally, instead of on the website listed 590, - CZK per lap, he wanted an incredible 2700, - CZK per lap and apparently did not find it important to call that the price is several times higher if we want it. In the end I had it removed at least the pedals and the bell, but still I tear my hair that I was too soft and did not let the almost unused chains back, etc. If you decide to have your bike repaired here, set a clear price level after which you have to call, no matter how unpleasantly surprised you are. But for me, I'll be looking for another service next time.

So far, this store has "failed" to leave dissatisfied. They have a very high quality offer and the owner is accommodating and knows his goods perfectly.

I do not recommend. He was expecting to prepare for the runway service. We prepared, but the adjustment went wrong on both wheels. Find another service. He's a con man who, when he gets a chance, robs you.

I was buying a new bike for a partner. The master had x allusions to women when passing the bike, but the result of his work is that the chain kept falling during the first ride. Visiting another service center eliminated the problem with derailleur stops and chain lengths and other minor deficiencies. I don't understand that it can represent the Scott brand.

This is not a service. Here the staff just swears at the service, no willingness to advise l. The man with the older model (my case 2009) is literally fired from the store with the assistance of vulgar words from the staff. I will never go there again ....
