I was cross-country skiing here and had a great winter afternoon. Around there is a nice mixed forest, stalks and nice views of the valley.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1005 m.n.m. Původně zde stával dřevěný, černě natřený kříž s Kristovým tělem z mosazného plechu, postavený k uctění památky rakouského ministra orby Jeronýma hraběte z Mansfeldu. Traduje se, že při západu slunce se mosazná plocha leskla a byla viditelná až z opočenského zámku. Srub nedaleko kříže sloužil v době budování pohraničního opevnění jako bufet pro dělníky.
1005 m.n.m. Originally there was a wooden, black painted cross with the body of Christ made of brass, built in honor of the memory of the Austrian Minister of Plowing, Jerome, Count of Mansfeld. It is said that at sunset the brass surface shone and was visible only from the Opočno castle. The log cabin near the cross served as a buffet for workers during the construction of the border fortifications.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krásné místo, které jsme navštívili asi po 3 km stoupání do kopce, dalo se tam posedět v klidu přírody, malebné poutní místo - usuzuji tak z kříže a mramorového stolu, o chatce nevím nic
