Nabídly mi vždy přijatelnou cenu a po zkušenostech ze sekáčem v centru Ostravy kde nabídnout zhruba 50% ceny co zde a ještě se u toho tváří jako by Vám dávaly tisíce mohu tento sekáč doporučit. Bylo mi řečeno, že vykupují pouze aktuální trendy oblečení. Second hand oblečení znamená, prodej z druhé ruky, což inteligentní člověk pochopí, že se tam nebude prodávat nejnovější kolekce že? k	kamszkb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrá zkušenost, paní byla vstřícná, z oblečení si vybrala téměř vše a s cenou asi 20kc za kus jsem velmi spokojená, mohu doporučit. Možná bych akorát pro zákazníky dala ven nějakou ceduli, pro mne bylo trochu těžší obchod najít. Good experience, the lady was helpful, chose almost everything from her clothes and I am very satisfied with the price of about 20kc per piece, I can recommend. Maybe I'd just put a sign out for customers, it was a little harder for me to find a shop.
E	Eva Zimová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozhodně nedoporučuju! nechápu, jak taková firma může fungovat! Vykoupili mi 8ks velmi hezkého oblečení za 150Kč...Ale ok. Do toho risku člověk jde, ale že nebyli schopni se 2 měsíce ozvat je docela vrchol. Musela jsem se uhánět přes maily, přes telefon. Když jsem se konečně dovolala, bylo mi řečeno, že mi už posílali informační e-mail, ale že mám chybu v uvedeném mailu .. že místo @gmail mám @gmai , že mi chybí poslední písmenko L. Říkám, že když jim to došlo, proč mi to neposlali na správný mail a nebo proč mě celé dva měsíce nekontaktovali na můj telefon (tel.číslo jsem jim uváděla). Pořád jen výmluvy, že měli dovolenou atd.. a že tedy zbytek ihned posílají zpět na mou adresu a peníze zasílají na účet. Uběhlo dalších 14 dnů a ani peníze a ani balík nikde. Opět jsem musela psát a připomínat se! Opět přišel mail s výmluvou, že se zapomněl u mě poznamenat souhlas atd atd... NO TRAPNÝ!! A že OBRATEM už opravdu posílají peníze a balík. Naštěstí vše po 2 měsících přišlo. Ale za těch 150Kč mi to opravdu nestálo! Vím, jak hezké oblečení jsem tam posílala a za 150Kč bych s přehledem prodala jeden kus toho oblečení na Vintedu. Ale co se dá dělat. Největší vrchol mi přijde jednání firmy. Už jsem ani nevěřila, že peníze pošlou... Definitely not recommended! I don't understand how such a business can work! I still just excuses for having a vacation etc .. and that they send the rest immediately to my address and send money to the account. Another 14 days passed and neither the money nor the package anywhere. Again I had to write and remind myself! Again, an e-mail came in with an excuse that he forgot to give my consent etc for me ... NO TRY !! And that by TRUST they are already sending money and a package. Fortunately, everything came after 2 months. But it really wasn't worth the 150CZK! I know how nice clothes I sent there and for 150CZK I would sell one piece of this clothes on Vinted. But what can be done. The biggest peak seems to me the company behavior. I didn't even believe they would send the money ...
D	Dominika G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Co se výkupu týče Jestli má někdo rád neprofesionální chování a obírání o peníze, tak určitě doporučuji. Pro ty, jež jsou normální, tak opravdu ne. Paní se nejspíš nevyzná moc v oděvním průmyslu a je zaseklá někdy v roce 2008. Tomu aspoň odpovídá styl jejích stránek i paní samotné. Vřele nedoporučuji. As for redemption If someone likes unprofessional behavior and money laundering, I definitely recommend it. Not really for those who are normal. The lady probably doesn't know much about the clothing industry and is stuck sometime in 2008. At least the style of her pages and the lady herself correspond to this. Highly not recommended.
A	Adéla Nováková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Co se rychlosti komunikace týče, můžu chválit, ale co se týče přístupu a jednání za mě otřes!! Vytřídila jsem skříň a většinu jsem dala do charity, zbytek oblečení byl ve velmi dobrém stavu a mohl udělat radost dál, když se mi nedařilo prodat věci na Vintedu, vzpomněla jsem si na Sekačmix a rozhodla se poslat oblečení tam. Oblečení jsem poskládat a balíček jsem precizně zabalila. Když mi přisel e-mail že ani jeden kousek není k vykoupení, došla mi slova (přeci jen na jejich webu je oblečení, které v mnoha případech horší než to mnou zaslané). Po telefonické konfrontaci jsem se rozhodla, že chci oblečení poslat zpět, takže jen na poštovném jsem prodělala 200,-. Když dnes balíček dorazil zpět, krabice byla v úplně jiném stavu = špatném stavu, než při odesílání a po otevření jsem zjistila, že se evidentně chtěli zbavit i oblečení, které není moje a přihodili ho do balíku taktéž. Nemluvě o tom, že oblečení bylo zmuchlané, nacpané do krabice a úplně zmačkané, takže mi znovu přidali práce s praním, sušením a žehlením. Silně tuto formu výkupu nedoporučuji! I folded the clothes and packed the package precisely. When I received an e-mail that not a single piece could be redeemed, I ran out of words (after all, there is clothes on their website that are in many cases worse than the one I sent). After a telephone confrontation, I decided that I wanted to send the clothes back, so I lost 200 CZK per postage only. When the package arrived today, the box was in a completely different condition = bad condition than when shipped, and after opening it, I found out that they obviously wanted to get rid of clothes that are not mine and threw them into the package as well. Not to mention that the clothes were crumpled, crammed into a box and completely crumpled, so they added work to washing, drying and ironing again. I strongly do not recommend this form of redemption!
