★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf der Suche nach der kostenlosen Selbstauskunft wurde ich auf die Seite Selbstauskunft.de geleitet, auf der ich leider nur kostenpflichtig bestellen konnte, was mit einem einzigen Klick erfolgt. Schön wäre eine weitere Abfrage, ob man wirklich kostenpflichtig für 29,90 (der Preis wird nicht angezeigt) oder kostenlos, wie es jedem einmal im Jahr zusteht, bestellen möchte.
Wirklich gut ist, dass der Widerspruch einfach ist und ohne Probleme möglich. Die Selbstauskunft wird dann auch ohne Kosten zugeschickt. Bin gespannt, ob sie wirklich kommt.

Es wurde die bitte nach guter Bewertung bei gelegt da die Anfrage bereits versendet wurde. Allerdings muss man jetzt abwarten ob sich die Bewertung so bewährt

Das war jedoch nicht meine Absicht, also kontaktierte ich den Kundenservice, dass ich meinen Auftrag stornieren möchte. Trotz Bearbeitung, war dies kein Problem und die Rechnung wurde storniert.
Sehr guter Kundenservice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My invoice was cancelled yet I receive emails which require me to pay and NO ONE ever answers their email. Also there is no telephone that you can contact them to. As soon as you put your name online, they send you the invoice then they ignore you. I have sent them many emails. Invoice cancelled but then still obliged to pay. Very dissatisfied.
