★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za poslední dva roky jsem prodejnu navštívil dvakrát a u obou návštěv negativní zkušenost. Při první návštěvě jsem žádal o kopii klíče. Zaměstnanec mi řekl, že daný klíč udělat nejde - bez jakéhokoli vysvětlení proč či návrhu alternativ. Mé následné otázky ho viditelně iritovaly. Prostě nejde, nashledanou. Druhá návštěva dnes, opět kopie klíče. Tentokráte jiný zaměstnanec mi odvyprávěl přichystanou básničku o bezpečnostní kartě a kontaktu firmy, která mi klíč poskytne. Když se ptám jestli mi poskytne prefabrikát, který mi dodělají u nich nebo už hotový klíč, zaměstnanec mi odvypráví slovo od slova básničku znova. Když se zeptám podruhé, opět jsem byl oblažen stejnou básní. Tento přístup by možná prošel za dob komunismu, naštěstí dnes můžu vzít svůj business jinde, a taky tak udělám.
I have visited the store twice in the last two years and a negative experience with both visits. On the first visit, I asked for a copy of the key. The employee told me that the key could not be done - without any explanation of why or suggesting alternatives. My subsequent questions visibly irritated him. It just doesn't work, goodbye. Second visit today, again a copy of the key. This time, another employee told me a poem about a security card and the contact of the company that will provide me with the key. When I ask if they will give me a prefabricated part, which they will finish with me or a ready-made key, the employee will tell me word for word the poem again. When I ask a second time, I was again obsessed with the same poem. This approach might have passed during the communist era, fortunately I can take my business elsewhere today, and I will.
