Časopis byl v trafice k sehnání 4/1/20 a do dnešního dne 29/1/21 ho děti neobdrzely. Po reklamaci a změně adresy dodání stále dodán nebyl, protože se čeká na naskladneni od zahraničního dodavatele. Ve 21. století bych si peci o zákazníka představovala jinak. Pokud časopis na centrále nemají, stačí zajít do trafiky a dodat zákazníkovi, za co si zaplatil. Výmluvy na Českou postu jsou nepřijatelné. Možnosti doručování je přeci v dnešní době mnoho. I do not recommend. The magazine was available in the newsagent's on 4/1/20 and the children have not received it until today, 29/1/21. After the complaint and the change of delivery address, it was still not delivered, because it is awaiting stocking from a foreign supplier. In the 21st century, I would have imagined a customer furnace differently. If they do not have a magazine at headquarters, all you have to do is go to the newsagent's and deliver to the customer what he paid for. Excuses for the Czech Post are unacceptable. After all, there are many delivery options these days.

Přestože jsem psala e-mail, že nechci prodlužovat na další rok, poslali fakturu kromě mě i obdarovanému, který jakožto starší člověk chtěl doručenou složenku hned raději zaplatit. Psala jsem další e-mail, že si nepřeji posílat složenky osobě, pro kterou je předplatné dárek a navíc už uhrazený. Beze změny, složenka opět ve schránkách i e-mailech. Jsou jak štěnice, ale na žádný e-mail se neobtěžují reagovat. I ordered a subscription as a gift. For one year. They are like bedbugs, but they don't bother to respond to any email.

Následující den mi přišla faktura s informací, že vybrané předplatné je dle smluvních podmínek distribuce převáděno na účet vydavatele časopisu, který přebírá závazky vůči předplatitelům. Načež 17.3.2021 dorazilo první číslo předplatného. Musím říct, že jsem se trochu obávala po přečtení zdejších recenzí (které jsem četla až pak), nicméně eshop komunikoval i odpovídal na mé otázky stran stavu objednávky a s doručením také nebyl žádný problém. Tudíž jsem spokojená :) All right. On March 11, 2021, I chose a crossword puzzle subscription on the send.cz website, which I subsequently paid for. The next day I received an invoice with the information that the selected subscription is transferred to the account of the publisher of the magazine, which assumes obligations to subscribers, according to the contractual conditions of distribution. Then, on March 17, 2021, the first subscription number arrived. I must say that I was a little worried after reading the reviews here (which I read only then), however, the e-shop communicated and answered my questions from the parties to the status of the order and there was also no problem with delivery. So I'm satisfied :)

Za mě, několik titulů, několik let, objednané i jako dárky, vše vždy zcela bez problémů. I've e-mailed them so so many times and each time they said they would send a new copy of the magazine, but I don't believe they send even 1 of them! Also they said they would refund the money, but never got it. I thought it would be an official site since the Vogue website directed me to it, but please never buy anything from them!!
