I would very much like to praise Senecur and all the staff. My grandmother was accommodated and I know from her that she was looking forward to every program they offered. They took great care of her and I would like to thank them very much.

Many thanks to the director and all the staff of Senecura. I placed my mother in this center at the beginning of this year and I can say that the care they give her is absolutely flawless. All staff is very professional and also very nice and helpful, the environment is beautiful, clean. I am really glad that I chose this Senior Center.

Our mother joined Senecura Liberec at the beginning of December 2021. She was transferred from LDN Liberec in a stable state of health, as a client suffering from a number of difficult diseases. Even before the reception, we asked if this facility would be able to take care of our mother. We were told yes. Mom was a walking client with the help of others. From the very beginning, we were not fully satisfied with the services that the facility presents well on its website! Mainly with the health care that was downplayed, as well as with the services of some nurses. The first reminder meeting about the mother's stay with the management took place before the end of last year. Subsequently, a complaint was written in January. The biggest problem was the watch, with which clients call for help. The time it took for the caregivers to come after the bell did not correspond to what was presented to us. My mother was here for a little over a month, then she had to be transferred back to KNL Liberec, where she died after five days. At the emergency room on admission, we heard how poor and neglected she was. In the last week before her hospitalization, her mother suffered 4 falls in Senecura, and we were not informed of all of them. We ourselves had to warn our mothers of muddy urine that no one noticed! The truth has not always been said here. When we read what all the beautiful is written, in connection with MAXIMUM health care for clients, on the website of Senecura, we are sad and at the same time we are overwhelmed by a feeling of anger. "When they catch a bird, they sing nicely to him" In conclusion, we just want to say that this facility is good only for active and not seriously ill clients. Today we know that placing our mother in this facility was a fatal mistake. We fully agree with the statement from previous reviews of the smiling staff. But why these smiles when we finally have our eyes left to cry.
