★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pěkný prostor, ale řekl bych, že celé to zde vyzařuje nevyužitý potenciál. Který je naprosto jedinečný! Areál pivovaru takřka klasických proporcí, pěkný dvůr atd. Funkčně to ale drhlo, personál není úplně sladěn. Z perspektivy rodiny s dětmi vyloženě špatné - bokem od stolu zanedbané a dietně pojatné hřišťátko. Platba jen v hotovosti po patnácti minutách čekání u pípy je asi tečka. Pivu přímo z pivovaru jinak fandím a uvítal bych možnost si odvést desítku Zilvara v litrové skleněné láhvy. Ceny za pivo nejsou přemrštěné.
Nice space, but I would say that the whole thing radiates untapped potential here. Which is absolutely unique! The brewery complex has almost classic proportions, a nice courtyard, etc. Functionally, however, it rubbed off, the staff is not fully aligned. From the perspective of a family with children, clearly bad - a neglected and diet-friendly playground side by side. Payment only in cash after fifteen minutes of waiting at the faucet is probably a full stop. I am otherwise a fan of beer directly from the brewery and I would welcome the opportunity to take a dozen Zilvars in liter glass bottles. Beer prices are not exorbitant.

We went on a tour of the brewery, we had a nice sitting. The beer was won by Chestnut.
