★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělý nákup. Sháněla jsem make-up a předtím jsem byla ve fann parfumerii, kde jsem ho kupovala dřív, a zapomněla jsem název, značku všechno (ve fannu byl hrozný přístup). Zkusila jsem SEPHORU a slečna asi po 3 vteřinách zjistila pro co jdu. Pomohla mi vybrat nejlepší odstín, skvělý korektor, doporučila mi řasenku a našla semnou všechno co jsem popsala i bez konkrétních názvů.
Jediná poznámka je ke vzorkům zdarma. Pokud si člověk jde pro nějakou značkovou kosmetiku, není vhodné dávat mu vzorky zdarma od značek co se kvalitou nerovnají nebo jsou níž. Klasický případ je když si kupuji channel a dostanu vzorek chloe. :)
Great buy. I was looking for make-up and before that I was in a fann perfumery, where I bought it before, and I forgot the name, the brand everything (there was a terrible attitude in the fan). I tried SEPHORA and after about 3 seconds the young lady found out what I was going for. She helped me choose the best shade, a great concealer, recommended me mascara and found everything I described without specific names.
The only note is on the free samples. If a person goes for some branded cosmetics, it is not appropriate to give him free samples from brands that do not equal or are lower in quality. The classic case is when I buy a channel and get a sample of chloe. :)

I love it there ... There are few people there during the week, wonderfully helpful staff who always give me good advice.

Včerejší návštěva mě neskutečně pomohla.
Dozvěděla jsem se jak se starat o svou pleť, byli mi doporučené přípravky přímo na míru a co se týče paní/slečny prodavačky, zasloužila by si minimálně 10*.
Dlouho jsem nikde nezažila takovou profesionalitu jako zde.
Tímto by jsem slečně/paní chtěla i poděkovat.
Určitě to nebyla moje poslední návštěva.

Yesterday's visit helped me a lot.
I learned how to take care of my skin, the products I recommended were tailor-made, and as far as the lady / lady of the saleswoman was concerned, she would deserve at least 10 *.
For a long time now, I have not experienced such professionalism anywhere as here.
I would also like to thank the lady.
It certainly wasn't my last visit.
