★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stepped into this location soaking wet, jet-lagged, and desperate to find some minimal skincare to replace things the airline lost. Associates were pleasant and professional- deftly helping me to find cruelty-free products that would also suit my tired, troubled skin. I am very happy with the things I purchased (which I cannot find in the US, so a real treat!) and the expertise of the sales staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the biggest racist store me and my wife went there for buy perfume we was in very happy mood and try to select perfume then mr security start keep walking around us because I’m from India and I have dark skin it not mean that I’m thief let me introduce to you myself I own a bar next to your street and I have 5 workers like you working for me so next time stay in your limit your job is near the door not beside the costumers and when we talk to manager she don’t understand English but she is working in international brand ???? and when my wife explain her In Czech all story instead solving problem answer was that is his job take care the store yea of course that is his job but not stand beside only one costumer there was many people he have to also watch them not only me anyway god bless this store owner because he got amazing racist staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot believe how rude the staff was. Sephora is an international store, yet multiple employees rolled their eyes at me for speaking in English. They shoved me to the cash register and for some reason I had to pay more than the price listed online, and in response to my questions waved me off and shooed me out of the store. I intend to go back to return my product and am considering no longer shopping at Sephora even in the US. Unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever: my wife tried several lipsticks ( on her hand ) , a rude salesperson asked if she was goiing tot buy everything.
Testing ( of course with the testers ) was not allowed.
We complained at the cashier: she told us that we were lying after consulting with the rude sales person.
We ended with of course buying nothing.
Not recomended for tourists here.

Some of the testers are gone IDK where, but when I wanted to test out all three shades of the fenty beauty gloss bombs, only the in shade fenty glow, dimand milk were there and the shade fu$$Y was nowhere. And also when I asked the staff lady if there was a tester for it,

She just looked at me and just walked away?. {I wasn't even interrupting or anything as she was just on standing around doing nothing} so 1 star ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They literally told me that i couldnt get the discounts that they were offering because i did not have the Chec sephora card. When i asked them if i could get the card they denied to me. So, the fact is that you can only get the discount if you are Chec which, by the way, it s completly illegal to do. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This centre location barely has staff who barely speak English. They refused to return my untouched product because they claimed the plastic little cap on it looked used (mind you the actual spout opening is clean). The cap literally fell on the ground and got a scuff mark.
