Poprvé jsem se zde setkal s personálem, který umí poradit i po technické stránce, konkrétně jsem řešil způsoby uložení zásuvného pouzdra JAP, všude jinde mi řekli ať si nastuduji katalog JAPu a tím se zřekli zodpovědnosti. Paní na prodejně byla velmi příjemná, nic nenutila jak je tomu zvykem. Dokonce jsme dostali i vzorek dekoru o rozměru cca 20x20cm, což nikde nedělají. Při výběru podlahy to určitě oceníte, když máte možnost srovnat vedle sebe barvu dveří a podlahy. Je zde parkování zdarma. Nice and large showroom of doors and door frames. Po návštěvě u jiné firmy, kde nám neuměli poradit a naopak po nás chtěli záruku, že máme futra zcela rovná, jsme byli vyděšení a zoufalí. Náhoda chtěla, abych oslovila Sepos v HK. Už po telefonu mi bylo jasné, že paní o aktuální nabídce ví vše. Ujistila mě, že přijede technik, který naše futra posoudí odborným okem. Po návštěvě vzorkové prodejny jsme byli nadšení. Měli v sobotu otevřeno, což je pro chalupáře velká výhoda. Vystavená provedení dveří, barev, vzorky skel i klik. Reálně, žádné obrázky v katalogu, u kterých si odstínem nemůžete být jist. Pravda, dodací lhůta se o něco protáhla, ale v dnešní době (sklady jsou prázdné a výroba nestíhá) je to pochopitelné. Nadešel den D a přijel ochotný, milý a vskutku pečlivý mistr. Každé naše dveře musel řešit přířezem obložek zárubní a dorovnávat nerovné zdi, stísněný prostor apod. Tak, jak odevzdal svou práci, je prostě krása. Žádné nejde, s úsměvem vyřešil všechny naše dveřní záludnosti. Takového řemeslníka dnes pohledat! Jsme šťastní, že vše klaplo na 100%. We wanted to replace all the doors in the century-old cottage. She assured me that a technician would come and assess our furs with a professional eye. After visiting the sample store, we were thrilled. They were open on Saturdays, which is a great advantage for cottagers. Exhibited designs of doors, colors, glass samples and handles. Really, no pictures in the catalog for which you can't be sure of the shade. True, the delivery time has dragged on a bit, but nowadays (warehouses are empty and production does not catch up) it is understandable. D-Day has arrived and a willing, kind, and truly careful master has arrived. He had to solve each of our doors with a blank of door frames and level uneven walls, cramped space, etc. The way he handed in his work is simply beauty. None works, he solved all our door tricks with a smile. Look for such a craftsman today! We are happy that everything went 100%.

Cena byla vyšší přesně o 1/3 u celoskleněných dveří. Unused sales area. Quite a gloomy place from the outside. We probably surprised the seller by visiting the store. Reactions were slower than the competition. The price was exactly 1/3 higher for all-glass doors.
M	Martin Král on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S dobrými zkušenostmi s dveřmi objednávanými před cca 10 lety jsem se i tentokrát nakonec rozhodl pro tuto firmu. Bohužel, tak jsem se ještě nikdy nespálil. Vše začalo zaměřením - "technik" p. Hošek přijel o cca dvě hodiny později, než jsme byli domluveni. Otvory změřil, vše zapsal. Zálohová faktura zaplacena 3.11.2021. Po třech měsících byly dveře dodány (jednalo se o 3 dveře otevíravé, standardní rozměry i dekor, a jedny posuvné), byl covid, budiž. Na místě p. Hošek s překvapením zjistil, že dveře zaměřil přesně opačně - místo levých pravé. Montáž posuvných, u kterých shodou náhod na orientaci nezáleželo, mu trvala od 9 do 14:30, skoro to vypadalo, že to dělá poprvé v životě. Dobře. Reklamace uznána s přislíbenou slevou a informací, že bude vyřízeno do dvou měsíců. Dnes je konec dubna, tj. skoro po půl roce zmíněný montážník nebyl schopen provést kvalitní instalaci obyčejných dveří. Zárubně jsou osazeny křivě, dveře nejdou zavřít na kliku, obložka je uštíplá.. Na domluvený termín a čas opravy Hošek nepřijel už vůbec. Ani po půl roce tedy nebudu mít všechny čtyři dveře v pořádku. Pokud se rozhodnete tuto firmu oslovit, přeji Vám hodně trpělivosti a štěstí, aby k Vám neposlali technického analfabeta a dle Googlu i hodinového manžela Romana Hoška, pro kterého nic není problém a vše udělá. It all started with a focus - "technician" Mr. Hošek arrived about two hours later than we agreed. He measured the holes, wrote everything down. Advance invoice paid 3.11.2021. After three months, the door was delivered (it was 3 doors opening, standard dimensions and decor, and one sliding), he was covid, so be it. At the place, Mr. Hošek was surprised to find that he aimed the door in the exact opposite direction - instead of the left and right. The assembly of sliders, which coincidentally did not matter about orientation, took him from 9 to 14:30, it almost seemed that he was doing it for the first time in his life. Good. Complaints accepted with the promised discount and information that it will be settled within two months. Today is the end of April, ie after almost half a year, the mentioned installer was not able to carry out a quality installation of ordinary doors. The door frames are fitted crookedly, the door cannot be closed on the handle, the cover is chipped. Hošek did not come to the agreed date and time of the repair at all. So even after half a year, I won't have all four doors in order. If you decide to contact this company, I wish you a lot of patience and luck, so that they do not send you a technical illiterate and, according to Google, an hour-long husband, Roman Hošek, for whom nothing is a problem and he will do everything.
