★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Majitel/provozovatel je naprosty zkuseny profesional, domluvite si opravu, privezete, opravi, odvezete. Te to "stary poctivy pristup", ne "vyhod a kup si novou", tedy, pokud jeste mate dobrou opravitelniu tiskarnu, a ne levny neopravitelny ... Doporucuji vrele, jinam uz s HP tiskarnou nepujdu.
The owner / operator is completely experienced professional, arrange a repair, bring, repair, take away. Now it's the "old honest approach", not the "benefits and buy a new one", that is, if you still have a good repairable printer, and not a cheap, unrepairable ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěl jsem si objednat náhradní díl na starší tiskárnu. Místo objednávky, mi přišla rada, že tento díl se fakt nerozbijí a rada co mám vyčistit, aby mi tiskárna opět fungovala. Samozřejmě to tak bylo. Moc mě těší, že i v dnešní době existují firmy pro které, je zákazník na prvním místě před vlastním ziskem. Takže za mě mohu jen jejich služby doporučit a jsem přesvědčen, že budete spokojeni.
I wanted to order a spare part for an older printer. Instead of ordering, I was advised that this part would not really break and advice what I have to clean, so that the printer works again. Of course it was. I am very pleased that even today there are companies for which the customer comes first in front of his own profit. So for me I can only recommend their services and I am sure you will be satisfied.
