Vyskoušejte a už u nich nic nekoupíte!!! When a customer says he doesn't want a very expensive technique or repair an unbranded product, everything in the vendor's communication changes and is unpleasant and arrogant. Try and buy nothing from them !!!

P	Petr Hlavička on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přijel jsem se starou sekačkou. Na dotaz o servisu mi bylo řečeno, že to bude stát okolo 1300Kč, ale že by ji hodil ze svahu a koupil novou. Když jsem požádal o výměnu vadného dílu, tak mi bylo řečeno, že se vymění skoro vše....PROČ?!?! Chtěl jsem jenom indikovat závadu a tu opravit. V jiném servisu mi sekačku téměř na počkání za pár stovek opravili. Pokud nemáte značkové vybavení, tak se připravte na arogantní jednání a jeďte radši někam jinam. I arrived with an old lawn mower. When asked about the service, I was told that it would cost around 1300 CZK, but that he would throw it off the slope and buy a new one. When I asked to replace the defective part, I was told that almost everything would be replaced .... WHY?!?! I just wanted to indicate the fault and fix it. In another service, the mower was repaired by me almost waiting for a few hundred. If you don't have branded equipment, get ready for arrogant behavior and go somewhere else.

Obsluha se vyzná, umí poradit, posoudí jestli má vůbec cenu opravovat či ne s ohledem na ceny dílů a práce - chodím sem již léta ( vždy mi slušně "vyčiní " jak se nelidsky chovám k pile ) , ale pokaždé opraví. Doporučuji ! Practice, willingness and decency - quick identification of the defect, inspection of spare parts in stock and then the date of repair. The staff knows, can advise, assess whether it is worth repairing at all or not with regard to the prices of parts and labor - I have been coming here for years (I always "do" me how inhumanly I treat the sawmill), but they always fix it. I recommend !
