Než tihle lemplové vůbec zjistí závadu a vadná součástka bude, nedej bože, na objednání, můžete si rovnou najmout nosiče a vytahovou šachtu zasypat. Co mě nejvíc štve, že bydlíme v 7patre, mám vyhrez dvou plotenek a jelikož máme drahého a chovneho psa, tak aby mu neodesly klouby, musím ho 3x denně vzít do teplejch a těch 33kg pěkně nosit 7pater. Výtah je pěkný, ale od začátku při pohybu rezonuje (nedokázali odstranit), neustálé problémy s otevíráním posuvných dveří, se kterými bojujeme od začátku a nyní po 5 letech voláme servis každých 14 dní. I přes opakované žádosti o vyřešení problémů nebo repas dveří nedokáží problém vyřešit a bohužel ho ani neřeší. Proto připravujeme kroky s právní kanceláří a Úřadem pro ochranu spotřebitele..
