★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozbila se mi lednička, i když pán zrovna nemohl přijet, tak se mi snažil hodně poradit. Nakonec jsem dokázal ledničku sám zprovoznit a opravy nebylo potřeba. Velmi profesionální přístup! :)
My refrigerator broke, and even though the gentleman just couldn't come, he tried to give me a lot of advice. In the end, I was able to put the refrigerator into operation myself and no repairs were needed. Very professional approach! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Milé a vstřícné chování a hlavně ochota dobře poradit potenciálnímu zákazníkovi: například radou, jak může na zjištěnou závadu šikovně vyzrát sám, aniž by objednával řemeslníky. Což je nutno ocenit v situaci, kdy se sama firma takto připraví o kšeft. Takže díky - a všem ostatním doporučuji!
Nice and helpful behavior and especially the willingness to give good advice to a potential customer: for example, advice on how he can cleverly mature a detected defect without ordering craftsmen. Which must be appreciated in a situation where the company itself thus loses its business. So thanks - and I recommend everyone else!
