m	mgahura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Této "firmě" jsem svěřil PC na diagnostiku. Když jsem ho předával, říkal jsem že je špatný procesor, nebo základní deska. Po týdnu mi volali, že na to nemají náhradní díly a že to svěří do rukou partnerskému servisu. Následně jsem musel skoro každý týden volat, abych zjistil jak to vypadá, většinou mi nezvedli telefon a když několikrát napsali že zavolají nazpět, nikdo nevolal. Po více než dvou měsících, jsem musel navštěvovat pobočku osobně, protože mi nikdo nezvedal telefon - několik dní. Musel jsem se dožadovat vrácení počítače, na to jsem čekal cca dalších 14 dní. Když už mi počítač vrátili, zjistil jsem že v něm chybí několik kabelů od modulárního zdroje, bez kterých bych počítač nezapnul ani po výměně vadných komponent. Místo několika chybějících kabelů mi vrátili po dalších 2 týdnech aspoň ten nejdůležitější, od grafické karty, po ostatních se slehla zem a tvrzení že je to normální a že se to stává, mi zase tak normální nepřipadá. Bylo mi sděleno, že je špatná základní deska i procesor. Počítač jsem dal do jiného servisu, kde do 3 dnů zjistili, že je špatná základní deska, procesor je v pořádku. Tento servis v žádném případě nedoporučuji, jsou to naprostí amatéři a nesvěřil bych jim ani výměnu žárovky. Pánové, byl bych rád kdyby jste si z této recenze vzali aspoň jedno poučení: KOMUNIKUJTE SE ZÁKAZNÍKEM! I have entrusted the PC with diagnostics. When I passed it, I said it was a bad processor or motherboard. After a week, they called me not to have spare parts for it and to hand it over to a partner service. Subsequently, I had to call almost every week to find out what it looked like, most of the time they didn't answer my phone, and when they wrote several times that they would call back, no one called. After more than two months, I had to visit the branch in person because no one answered my phone - for several days. I had to ask for a return of the computer, I waited for about another 14 days. When I got my computer back, I found that it was missing several cables from the modular power supply, without which I wouldn't turn on the computer even after replacing defective components. Instead of a few missing cables, they returned to me the next two weeks at least the most important, from the graphics card to the others, the ground went down and the claim that it is normal and that it happens, I do not seem so normal again. I was told that both the motherboard and the processor were bad. I put the computer in another service, where within 3 days found that the motherboard is bad, the processor is OK. I do not recommend this service in any way, they are totally amateurs and I would not entrust them to change the bulb. Gentlemen, I'd like you to take at least one lesson from this review: COMMUNICATE WITH A CUSTOMER!
