★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my PS4 “repaired” then at home it didn't work again, same symptoms although they replaced HDD and power supply unit and assured me that it'll work. More thorough diagnostics before repair warranty claim took them 3 weeks to fishish(instead of promised 14days), could've been even more but I decided to sell it in the meantime(but srsly 3 weeks for diagnostics of what clearly was BLOD symptom).
Not to mention that I wasn't notified not even once that there may be delay in the repair so long as one week+. Staff was always dodging my questions and when I decided to pick ot up unrepaired and sell it, they told me that it is disassembled and they will do their best to asemble it the same day so I can sell it, guess what. Nothing again! So after the whole day of waiting for them to let me know why it's taking so long to put it back together I've got nothing so no console, no moneyback for what I’ve already paid for console repair which wasn't helpful at all aand I can't sell it so that's pretty much it. Oh, and I do not recommend them if it's not obvious already ;)
