Při objednání zbožní nikde nebyla poznámka, že zboží je na objednávku a dodání bude trvat déle. V potvrzujícím emailu o objednávce se objevila informace, že dodací doba je cca měsíc. Na konci prázdnin jsem poslala dotaz, jak to s mou objednávkou vypadá. Přišla pouze strohá odpověď, že naskladnění se očekává 36. týden. Do půlky září se stále nic nedělo a tak jsem poslala email, ve kterém jsem odstoupila od smlouvy. Reakce obchodu? "Zboží včera přišlo, ale peníze vám vrátíme." - jaká to náhoda, že? :-D Kdo by čekal, že vrátili peníze, se velmi mýlí. Obchodník i přes odstoupení od smlouvy odeslal zboží a jako bonus přiložil fakturu k zaplacení, která byla uhrazená již 14.7. Když jsem se obchodníkovi ozvala, dočkala jsem se pouze urážek a arogantního jednání. Číst opravdu umím, z eshopů neobjednávám poprvé a opravdu vím, jak vypadá faktura, která je již uhrazena. Takže mé doporučení je: NIKDY NIKDY NIKDY u tohoto obchodníka nenakupujte! Jednání se zákazníkem naprosto zoufalé a urážlivé. Jedna hvězdička v mém hodnocení je proto, že je to minimum, které můžu dát. Nejraději bych dala nulu. When ordering the goods, there was no note anywhere that the goods are on order and delivery will take longer. The confirmation email about the order contained information that the delivery time is about a month. At the end of the holidays, I sent a question about what my order looks like. There was only a stark answer that storage is expected in week 36. Nothing happened until mid-September, so I sent an email in which I withdrew from the contract. Trade reaction? "The goods arrived yesterday, but we'll refund your money." - What a coincidence, right? :-D Who would expect them to return the money is very wrong. Despite withdrawing from the contract, the trader sent the goods and, as a bonus, attached an invoice for payment, which was paid on 14.7. When I called the merchant, I was only insulted and arrogant. I can really read, I'm not ordering from e-shops for the first time and I really know what an invoice looks like, which has already been paid. So my recommendation is: NEVER NEVER NEVER shop with this dealer! Dealing with the customer is absolutely desperate and offensive. One star in my rating is because it's the minimum I can give. I'd rather give zero.

Podařilo se mi sehnat číslo na majitele, který mi hovor zvedl a slíbil, že vše pošle. Je to již rok a zbožím a peníze stále nikde… I ordered the goods through the e-shop, paid for, but I never received any. Nobody responds to emails or phone calls. I managed to get a number for the owner, who picked up the call and promised to send everything. It's been a year and goods and money still nowhere…

Zboží jsem si objednal, psalo se zde v recenzích, že se nedá do prodejny dovolat. Zavolal jsem si tam, poděkoval jsem za objednávku a bez problému mohu dát 5 hvězdiček a e-shop jen doporučit. Normally I don't write reviews, but I see a lot of negatives here and I don't know why at all. I ordered the goods, it was written here in reviews that it is not possible to call the store. I called there, thanked me for the order and I can easily give 5 stars and just recommend the e-shop.

Jediná tato firma se mnou komunikovala, nechala si ode mne z malé obce odvézt šicí stroj a po 14 dnech s perfektní údržbou atd. a novým pedálem mi poslala zpět. Jsem velmi spokojená. ??? . I have a nearly 45-year-old Husqvarna briefcase sewing machine, still functional, but the pedal has been damaged over the years. Only this company communicated with me, had a sewing machine taken from a small village and sent back to me after 14 days with perfect maintenance, etc. and a new pedal. I am very satisfied. ??? .

Komunikace byla příjemná, takže alespoň s tímto jsem spokojený. Takže žádný z níže uvedených hororu se nekonal. I ordered a sewing machine in December and it didn't come until February. However, after a telephone complaint, my money was returned immediately. The communication was pleasant, so at least I'm happy with that. So none of the horror movies below took place.
L	Ladislav Pštros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Díky chybě téhle firmy a tohoto arogantního majitele, jsem dostal špatné zboží a bez jakékoliv pomoci, naopak s neochotou majitele jsem musel zboží poslat zpět a stálo mě to 356 Kč na poštovném. Firma a majitel se to nesnažili nijak řešit, naopak z toho měli radost. PROSÍM NIC SI TADY NEKUPUJTE!!! Zboží jsem pak objednal jinde a veliká spokojenost. Škoda, že jsem ztratil čas a peníze tady.
