★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zastavili jsme na kávu a něco tak hrozného jako setkání s automatem na Shellce a nepříjemnou obsluhou už nikdy.
 We stopped for coffee and something as terrible as meeting the Shellce vending machine and the annoying service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tankování bez čekání. U venkovního posezení čisto a krásných výhled do krajiny a i na město. Obsluha velmi příjemná usměvavá ochotná .Přístupem a příjemným chováním obsluhy jsem byl mile překvapen. Kávárně výborná. Mohu jen doporučit.
Refueling without waiting. The outdoor seating is clean and beautiful views of the countryside and the city. Service very pleasant smiling helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by the approach and pleasant behavior of the staff. Coffee maker excellent. I can only recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je to hnus co se dejeje ,vyjdete v ústraní zákazníkovi a oni vás zato vyhodí z práce. Zohriala som bagetu a vyhodili má je toto normální.?
It's disgusting what's going on, you go out in seclusion to the customer and they fire you from work. I heated the baguette and threw it out is this normal.?

The service is fine, but Mr. Tomáš is miserably unpleasant, unhealthy, he is asking for a disaster !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to spend a day here after my car broke down. The attendants did not chase me away as I expected. Denisa (sorry if I got the name wrong) even used her smartphone to communicate with me and helped me find a place nearby where I left the car. I mainly stayed in the car that had no heating and the weather was around freezing. But I must confess I extensively used the station's WIFI and toilet and tried to keep the latter clean after using it. Thanks to having WIFI I arranged for the car's transportation to France and my travel back to Ukraine. This is not the first time I find the top level of customer service at Shell. It's so much different from what I saw at the train station in Brno. Good job Shell!
