★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you for the worst service ever. This is the place to go if you want a taste of the infamous non excisting Easter European service. After leaving money at this Shell station, I asked to take out some cash to use the toilet. That was a big NO. Like a €0,80 NO. After some shocked discussion I was told to use the outdoor toilet. You know, the charming, stinking no water type that has been used by half of the truckers in Europe since morning. In 31 degrees Celsius. Seriously, Shell Ladná. Look up SERVICE in your dictionary. I'm pretty sure you didn't read that before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst services by the employers, the lady there saw we are speaking only English and she did not let me pay the coffe and others things that i bought by card, and she ask 20 euro for things that were costing normal 14.5 euro... And i did not receive even receipt. When i ask in English, she was speaking only Checz and i did not have any option.
She charge as well my friend 4 euro more for the vignet, and no receip again.
She likes cash only!!!
Usually i like Shell, but this time was to much!!!

Our car stopped with ignition/injection fault on a way to Germany.
Pavel, employee at the station approached and save our trip in a seconds! Thank you Shell for recognizing and keeping the personell that truly cares!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady working there was rude... And this is second time same lady... Whats the point of having showers if they aren't working? Okay they dont work one time but 2? Overall Shell is know for good service and everything... Don't let some workers ruin reputation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another experience for a lifetime, as Bojan just posted. I suppose we met the same angel (Pavel?) who saw our flat tire and gave a quick fix with which we could drive to the next pneuservice (Czech word for tire service). Thank you so much Pavel, we never forget you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shell can you please tell me how can a 24hours open gas station close for one hour for no reason....you can see the shop assistant inside cleaning her IQOS cigarette and drinking coffie. About 20 cars came to get gas and had to leave....we had to wait due to having shell fleet card.
